The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Washington Plaza
No one is ever sitting at the front desk and it took them 5 days to fix my kitchen sink that I have been having problems with with since I moved in 2 years ago
I had my viewing of the apartment on the 7th floor. The neighborhood has trash all over it and it seems there isn't any neighborhood cleanup. The lobby looked like the photos but had trash and stains all over the furniture. It doesn't appear the building is cleaned on a regular basis. The elevator is extremely slow and randomly stops at 6th floor for whatever reason. I had asked the lady showing me the apartment whether anyone has gotten stuck, and she said "No.", which is surprising since the elevator appears to be running on it's last breath. Security is important to me, I had asked regarding security she mentioned there is security 24/7 but the security guard on that day called in sick. So my assumption is there is no security on days where the guard is sick or takes off work. In addition, while I was waiting in the lobby I heard someone bang on the door, I did not open the front door because I did not know who they were or whether they were allowed in the building. People need an access code to enter the building. I ignored the banging, but then the lady walked to the window and banged on the window, so I let her in. But, it does worry me about lack of security and whether people should be accessing the building or not. The laundry room had trash and was very dirty. The fitness center looks alright cleaner than most of the building. The studio apartment was looked very nice and was newly renovated. However, because of the location and lack of cleanliness, I am not sure if this location would be a good fit for me. The apartments don't appear to be sound proof as I could hear conversation and people yelling from the hallways so if noise or privacy is a concern, these apartments may not be a good fit.
This property is not right management is Very Unprofessional & to say Rude will be an understatement plus the location is very ruff unsafe
