I enjoy living here and have had no significant issues. The only inconvenience is that the parking garage gate is always broken, and sometimes the phone app to unlock doors does not work, and I will be stuck outside until my phone app connects or someone lets me in. I have renewed, though, and enjoy these apartments.

I love living at Warehouse and Factory Apartments! It's so close to the TAMU campus that I can walk to all my classes, which saves me from the cost and hassle of on-campus parking. The front office staff is always nice and knowledgeable. My apartment feels like my home away from home, which can be hard to find in College Station.

The move in process was so quick and efficient, I applied on Monday and was able to move in the next day night recommended moving to the factory!

Location is great, and living space is huge. It's so aesthetic and it feels like I'm living in those pinterest photos with brick wall. However, depending on which side of the building you're living in, the streets get noisy at night. Later this semester, there has been construction going on next to the apartment, and it begins around 5am, so I wake up to it everyday.

The unit was very dirty from reletting, but you sign an "as is" form so I guess there's that. For the price you pay here, they could at least make sure the place doesn't smell and have dust and crumbs all over, I would give a 1-star for that, but the staff seems nice and tries to be helpful and problem-solving, they deserve closer to 5 stars review.

The location is unbeatable! It is so nice not having to worry about fighting for parking on campus and getting to sleep a little longer. I also love the room sizes. W&F has to have some of the largest rooms on Northgate!

So far, I'm enjoying living at the Warehouse. Big apartment, good equipment and furniture, friendly staff. Location is great also, very close to the campus and restaurants, but away from the noise that can come from Northgate bars.

I've been living at the Warehouse and Factory Apartments for a while now, and honestly, it's been pretty great! I really enjoy the industrial flair of the property, the front desk people are always nice, and the price for the location is a steal. Would recommend!

Good management and location, though some of the units are starting to age. Generally a good place to live on North Gate compared to high the many high rises

1. they lost half my packages i ordered 2. the printers they have on site never work properly or print horribly 3. the maintenance staff is unreliable 4. the AC units they use break CONSTANTLY when it’s hot outside (it happened 3 times in a month when i moved in) 5. they have an insane bug problem, carpet beetles cover the window sills and fruit flies spawn seemingly out of thin air we tried everything to stop them. 6. the halls always smell bad 7. you can hear your neighbors through the thin walls a lot 8. the rooms don’t get good AC circulation so it’s always hot in your bedroom 9. our ceiling lights broke like 3 times 10. people don’t clean up after their pets outside so around the building it always smells bad

Staff are hit or miss. Apartments are dirty and hallways are oddly bumpy. One elevator in factory building is squeaky and scary to ride in. Fruit flies are endemic and are the most irritating things ever they will not go away. Utility bills are weirdly high in this building (I pay over $100 a month, my friend at another complex pays $28 a month). AC breaks often. I was not told of plans for construction literally 10 feet from my side of the building that so wonderfully wakes me up at the crack of dawn every single day. I was also told the apartment would cover a percentage of our utility bill... they do not.

The Warehouse & Factory has some of the nicest staff. They constantly offer free food and snacks for the people who live here and handle packages very well. The only downside is that maintenance will randomly show up and may not fix your problem when they are there, but they have a good system for requesting maintenance. The rooms have a modern style with some signs of wear.
