Property Ratings at Walnut Knoll Apartments
I lived in Walnut Knoll Apartments for three years while I was in graduate school. The apartments were clean, well kept, spacious, and quiet. The owners and management are very kind and attentive when you contact them. I highly recommended living at Walnut Knoll if in the Big Rapids area!
It has truly been a pleasure living here for 3 years while attending MCO, and sad I now must leave. From the day I met Olya and Bob, I knew this was the place for me. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and take extreme pride in their apartments. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and respectfully. Your kindness and sincerity have truly made a difference in my life. Walnut Knoll was not only close to school for me, but a short distance to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. I have always felt safe and comfortable and have loved my time here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a clean, quiet and accommodating atmosphere. Thank you for 3 great years!!!!!!!

I’ve lived in Big Rapids for nearly 5 years (for graduate school), and in Walnut Knoll apartments for my final year and it has genuinely been an amazing experience. I can tell you from my wisdom that it can be a nightmare trying to find an affordable apartment that also isn’t too noisy. My neighbors were very respectful, and the owners even more so. The owners knew me on a first-name basis, and were incredibly flexible for the move-in process. To my knowledge, all the bathrooms have been remodeled which is a huge plus too. Again, I cannot stress how amazing it is to have heat and internet bundled in your monthly rent as well. To anyone considering an apartment near the school and would like a spacious and comfortable place to live with good neighbors, Walnut Knoll should be on the top of your list!
