Samantha was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond helping my grandson and I getting the apartment. There was constant communication and all our questions were promptly answered.

I've lived here for 15 years and love the location and the staff. To be honest though, I am not a fan of charging $25/month for each pet owned.

Good community with cleanliness maintained and all the amenities are in good working condition. Neighborhood is also pretty good with the proximity to various stores just by walking 5 minutes.

Love living at Walden Legacy! The apartments are practically new and everything I was looking for to start a new chapter in my life. The grounds are very well kept and the entire crew as been nothing but helpful. It's everything you are looking for in apartment living.

The apartment has been good so far. Everything appears to be in order, and we're settling in comfortably. One of the first things we checked was the main gate, and we're happy to report that the lock works properly, which adds a layer of security and peace of mind. The surroundings are generally quiet, and the neighbors seem friendly. We’ve started to unpack and arrange things gradually, and the layout feels spacious and practical for daily living. There’s good natural light in the living area, and the ventilation is decent throughout the unit. While it’s still early, our initial impressions are positive. We haven’t had any major issues yet, and we’re hopeful it stays that way. Of course, only time will tell how everything holds up in the long run. For now, we’re optimistic and looking forward to making this space feel more like home as the days go by.

It’s been ok. I wish the parking was better and the water was hot for longer. The double gate thing was annoying. But overall things are ok.

absolutely awesome and transparent experience, will recommend all my friends and family to come live here! Pricing and process was a breeze, and availability and locale was awesome! Only thing i would like is to have multiple vehicle ownership in the future but i understand that would require future expansion which would cost money

Love the safety and quality of the community. The spaciousness of high ceilings continually remind me that it’s a great place to live! And having a garage on stormy nights helps me rest assured of no damage to my car.

I enjoy living here and just signed my second lease! I hope to keep seeing community events, and love the effort all of the staff puts into this place

It's been a great experience here at Walden Legacy so far! I love my apartment, it's been quiet, parking has been fine, even the gutter replacement project went smoothly. I'm aware of the amenities ( laundry room, pool, workout room, business center etc) but haven't had time or need to use them yet! The grounds are being worked on and are being taken care of- looking good with the spring bloom. The gate was a bit wonky- works better now without the bars that were re-engineered and then removed. The staff are always super helpful too.

Tammy is amazing and very helpful! I love the community ! So many fun things to do and very spacious units; my daughter can’t wait to go to the pool for the first time!

I have lived here since 2021 and I can honestly say that we enjoy it here. Most of the neighbors are friendly. I love that my dogs are welcomed here. The office staff and maintenance staff are nice and responsive.

Place has been great I’ve lived here for a year now and the staff have been fantastic and the neighbors have also been great still think a basketball court would be nice

My Husband and i are going on our 2nd year living at Walden Legacy Apartments. It has been wonderful! They have fun events, the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and kind. The apartments are spacious and grounds are kept immaculate. I would absolutely recommend living here to everyone. Thank you so much!!!

Really, the only reason that isn't a 5 star rating is there is not enough parking spaces for the number of units in the complex. Not sure if there's a real solution to the problem.

I love the size and layout of this community, everything is really well taken care of including all of the cool amenities such as the pool and the gym! Staff is very nice and helpful, I would highly recommend.

Over all experience is good! Facilities keep things tidy the best that they can and bringing community together with various opportunities. I appreciate the prompt response via the app as well.

We can’t wait for the pool to open for the summer! We hope to have lots of fun and cookouts with friends! The property is beautiful with all the spring flowers and trees.

Very clean and updated . Love the flooring as it's easy to clean. Only thing i don't like is my unit doesn't have a microwave . It would have been nicer if there was a microwave

Friendly, professional staff. Property well maintained. Friendly neighbors. I’ve only lived here since the beginning of the year…and I definitely feel at HOME! I’m so blessed to have found my new home at Walden Legacy Way.

I have lived here since 2021 and I can say that it is pretty nice. The maintenance crew is awesome!! I love that it is dog friendly and I don’t have to worry about my dogs not being welcomed here.

Office staff have been great as well as the maintenance crew. Location is fantastic and the neighbors are all very friendly still needs a basketball goal

Grateful for the opportunity to live here with my wife and have a home in this apartment, we love all the space we have in the timberlake. The views are incredible and we aspire to share with our new neighbors

We really love the community here. It’s extremely quiet, the neighbors all seem friendly, and the office does a good job of hosting multiple community events for the tenants. The pool is extremely nice too.

I enjoy my stay here so far! Maintenance is great and the office staff is always positive! I love using the amenities on property, and enjoy the resident events! I hope to maybe see an elliptical get added to the fitness room, maybe a smoker by the pool too? Maybe run a poll on it, I think the community would really enjoy to see something like that!

I don't always get to attend, but love the monthly events. Staff is always welcoming and nice, very helpful if I have a concern and quick to respond to questions. Lease renewal is easy and the obvious answer. Looking forward to another year plus at Walden Legacy.

Great location and quality of homes. Staff and maintenance are great and timely! Love having an accessible garage for my vehicle, and during winter storms, staff already has salt ready for the drivers.

Place has been nothing short of great, still think we could use a basketball court for sure but they’re always doing events and the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful as well

I'm super happy with my move in experience and the first few weeks at WL- despite the snow, ice and bad weather! Love my apt location and the set-up, and don't mind the steps up to the 3rd floor!

The one negative thing is when things would break or need fixing it was not done or took long to do. Amenities were good. Office staff could be a little friendlier.

Not a bad place to live. Quiet and amenities are great. Have had some plumbing issues and some bug issues but usually gets handled rather quickly.

Samantha is so kind, she gives me all the information I need, and goes above and beyond. Maintenance has been awesome too! They arrive usually hours after submitting a ticket.

The staff is beautiful staff can't complain. The maintenance crew works really fast and I can always count on them. The office staff is reliable in my opinion.

It’s been fair. I was quite surprised with how fast the Snowy hill was cleared and safe for us to be able to travel on when leaving for work and school.
