If you like Roaches this is the place for you
One star for this property is still too much. This place is infested with roaches, not only in the units but also on the balconies. Theres always enough trash and furniture near the dumpsters to file an entire apartment. The walk ways are disgusting to the point your feet will stick to them and it seems they have never been clean. Any complaints to managment will not be corrected. This is also supposed to be low income but they will raise your rent 1-2 times before you even complete your lease. If you value your health or hard earned money, dont be followed that this place is meant to help low income families. You will regret living here.

Maintenance very lazy just look at the expression on there face. Feeling like you live in the alley. Stays nasty I mean someone call the health department.

Love the pricing and convenience. The community stays pretty quiet for the most part. Most of the residents have lived here for a while which is great.
