The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Wade Towers & Garden Apartments
Great apartment, just can never get ahold of anyone that works there.
Been trying to contact office for almost 2 weeks and nothing.
This is a great starter apartment if you can secure a unit in the garden section. I've lived here for 2 years and my rent has not gone up. The apartment is very spacious especially if you have an enclosed porch area. The only real issues I've had came in the bathroom. I would probably be staying if the units had washer and dryer hookups. The maintenance crew is very responsive. You don't hear from management often and it can take 2 or 3 emails to get a response. Area is pretty quiet and you are close within walking distance to just about anything you'd need.
380 square feet is plenty of room for one person. Especially if the layout of the apartment is very well thought out. Three steps up the back porch are the sliding glass doors that lead into the kitchen.... a cutout in the hallway has room enough for a desk and file cabinet (with the bathroom tucked around the corner).... then comes the living room slash bedroom in the front. I don't understand why a person living alone would need more room than that. If you find the perfect apartment and you know you're going to live there for years and years, I would suggest you treat it like a condo. Don't be afraid to spend a few dollars and make it your own. After all, it's going to be your home for a long time. You want it to be warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. My apartment complex is next to a golf course so when I go for a walk it's always fun to find a stray golf ball. The swimming pool is a nice oasis on a hot summer day. Everything I could possible NEED is within a three-mile drive. Everything I could possible WANT is less than ten miles away. I'm one mile from the interstate for a quick getaway.... Three miles from a train that will take me to Canada or New York City.... And five miles from an airport. I get to do a lot of traveling because I'm not throwing down most of my income on a large apartment. Just a perfect apartment.
