I have had the best experience here at Vue25. Rich was amazing from start to finish, from the tour all the way to signing the lease and even after that! All the staff is friendly and helpful and communication is great. 5 stars!!
I enjoyed the help of Rich in the moving process, we have now lived here for a month and although these apartments are close together, I rarely hear any neighbors and that includes the elevator. The amenities are a plus and parking isn’t too bad on the street.
We love it here at Vue25. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful, and George and his maintenance team are the best!

Overall I would say it’s a pretty great apartment complex, the package pickup can be a bit odd sometimes and I have had a couple unpleasant interactions not only with my car being broken into in the garage but also with another resident. Overall it’s a pretty standard apartment building and does everything pretty well.

I have an amazing staff here at Vue25 and for the most part amazing neighbors. I am very appreciative of all the events held here and at other locations regardless of my attendance. I also love the birthday cards I receive, I have work at jobs longer then I lived here and receive less effort. If I had to make any recommendations, I would highly suggest adding more cameras in, a few blind spots in both garages, cameras at every other level in each stair case, in the garbage/recycling room, and lastly cameras outside/ above the entrance to the elevators at every level(of course only if it could fit in the budget of Vue25). Why? I take the security of my family, Staff, and neighbors very seriously. I also believe this will help the property management save money while also keeping irresponsible residence in check and upholding lease agreements. I am very pleased with this property and staff and I don’t see myself moving unless my budget tells me otherwise. -Dant’e

Vue25 is surrounded by a positive atmosphere from friendly neighbors, cleanliness, and lots of amenities. My husband and I have been here for almost a year and I have nothing bad to say. The neighborhood may not be the best however Vue25 goes above and beyond when trying to maintain and safe and secure environment.

Our experience up to this point at VUE25 has been generally positive. The staff have all been helpful, positive and friendly with a particular hats-off to Rich, who has been exceptional! The majority of residents have been courteous and friendly with a few exceptions who are not. Residents dogs can occasionally be loud & physical. Traffic, train and siren are definitely noticeable at times. Also some occasional noticeable sloppiness by residents in public areas…liquid spills, trash, etc

Vue25 has a very quiet atmosphere within the building, not so much for outside. However depending on your apartment there are nice views overlooking the city. Everyone seems to be very friendly and they pick up after themselves. Over all the apartments can be a bit pricey if you're on a budget, but the amenities offered make up for it. The building is usually very secure with some occasional technical difficulties like any other complex, all in all I feel safe here.

Best apartment around. I love the quietness. Timeliness of the responses on service requests being a bit slow would be my only drawback. Other than that I love living here and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon

My experience is just about the same as usual. I do have upstairs neighbors that sound like they are a military brigade back and forth, back and forth. Other than that I am satisfied with my unit.

For the most part I have really enjoyed being part of this community. The staff is friendly and approachable, and as an individual with a disability I am immensely grateful for the accessibility throughout the building. I do wish that there was more communication concerning maintenance issues, especially over long process jobs. I also have noticed trash rooms being over filled. Sometimes I can’t get the door open. Over all, I would recommend this community to others.

VUE25 is a beautiful apartment that already feels like home, event after a short amount of time. Mostly good in our first couple weeks here. Elevators can be inconvenient at times and traffic noise is sometimes annoying. Rich in the front office has been exceptional and very helpful with our move and transitioning!

Very relaxing. I love that everyone minds their own business and no one is loud. Very nice amenities and love my apartment. This is my first apartment I have moved to and I was really worried about what it would be like. But I love everything about it and I truly believe I made the best decision for myself moving here.

VUE25 was by far (really far) better after visiting 6 other apartments when moving to Tacoma. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The community feel is unique to the many places I have been.

Vue25 is a wonderful apartment community in Tacoma, just blocks away from various eating choices, fitness clubs, and a beautiful city, and water view. Let me not forget our beautiful Mount Rainier just to the south. Our current Management Team is extremely efficient, and our Maintenance Manager is amazing!

Loving the living conditions and the extended community here at Vue25. There are get together every couple of weeks which is lovely way to get to know your neighbours in a casual setting. Communications about any issues are made in a timely manner . Maintenance is done quickly and communal areas are kept clean.

I love our individual apartment, but the complex is ok. The recycling and trash rooms are disgusting and I feel like I need to hold my breath and shower afterwards. It even often has smells filling the hallways near our apartment. It could be much more organized and maintained to improve residential living.

I think it’s a pretty chill place to live overall. Spacious with pretty good amenities. Quiet neighbors. Parking garage. Nice view. Community activities here and there.

After nearly two years of living here, not much has improved. I'm happy with my own apartment and space, but the shared amenities have not shown any change. The elevators are breaking down often (I was stuck in it when it happened once) and fixes often take weeks or even months to complete. Add that to consistently overflowing trash chutes, packages being stolen, and oil spills in the garage, and one might realize they're exponentially overcharging for the price of rent.

The apartments are very nice and spacious!! Love the amenities and the events that management host it’s a great way to mingle and get out the house. Rich is a great manager very friendly always approachable!! George the maintenance guy is very attentive and reliable!

A big job and they do it well! It's my 1st apartment in 15 years and things have changed! Management Team here at the Vue25 were very patient and understanding, explaining each step as I went. My move was seemless on their side. I used loading dock and even reserved the big elevator! It's a big place. It can't be an easy job dealing with all of us daily. My emails are answered in a timely manner. things break around the property and they get fixed too. I'm glad I moved here.
