We love it here at Vue25. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful, and George and his maintenance team are the best!

Love my apartment. I am 76 y/o & always get help when I need it. Staff is very courteous & helpful always.

Overall I would say it’s a pretty great apartment complex, the package pickup can be a bit odd sometimes and I have had a couple unpleasant interactions not only with my car being broken into in the garage but also with another resident. Overall it’s a pretty standard apartment building and does everything pretty well.

Vue25 has very friendly staff but there should be more urgency in regards to fixing community amenities.

I love living here. I love the vibe they are sending which is Community friendly. Things break as with everyone. They fix things in a timely manner. I appreciate the Management team

Management is fantastic. They are friendly and very professional. Have very little maintenance issues, but if I do, they are on top of it in an expedient manner. I believe they really care about the residents.

I have an amazing staff here at Vue25 and for the most part amazing neighbors. I am very appreciative of all the events held here and at other locations regardless of my attendance. I also love the birthday cards I receive, I have work at jobs longer then I lived here and receive less effort. If I had to make any recommendations, I would highly suggest adding more cameras in, a few blind spots in both garages, cameras at every other level in each stair case, in the garbage/recycling room, and lastly cameras outside/ above the entrance to the elevators at every level(of course only if it could fit in the budget of Vue25). Why? I take the security of my family, Staff, and neighbors very seriously. I also believe this will help the property management save money while also keeping irresponsible residence in check and upholding lease agreements. I am very pleased with this property and staff and I don’t see myself moving unless my budget tells me otherwise. -Dant’e

My neighbors are friendly, the view is amazing and the community is beautiful. This will be my 2nd year here and Wouldn't live anywhere else.

My wife and I are more than grateful for the help that Rich Angelone gave us to acquire our apartment; which is quite spacious and with excellent views of the city and Mount Rainier.

It's a super cute place. I am looking forward to moving in. Wonderful expierence getting set up. Rich was great! They made me feel welcome and comfortable.

VUE25 has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Vue25 really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty.Overall, my experience here has been very good. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Vue25 is surrounded by a positive atmosphere from friendly neighbors, cleanliness, and lots of amenities. My husband and I have been here for almost a year and I have nothing bad to say. The neighborhood may not be the best however Vue25 goes above and beyond when trying to maintain and safe and secure environment.

Our experience up to this point at VUE25 has been generally positive. The staff have all been helpful, positive and friendly with a particular hats-off to Rich, who has been exceptional! The majority of residents have been courteous and friendly with a few exceptions who are not. Residents dogs can occasionally be loud & physical. Traffic, train and siren are definitely noticeable at times. Also some occasional noticeable sloppiness by residents in public areas…liquid spills, trash, etc

it was very easy move in! Rich and Audra have been super great as well as Jorge too. Super fast to get maintenance in as well. It’s pretty clean and maintained throughout the week which i love. The neighbors are super nice and considerate as well

A large bustling community with a great management team. Great pricing, especially considering the amenities.

Vue25 has a very quiet atmosphere within the building, not so much for outside. However depending on your apartment there are nice views overlooking the city. Everyone seems to be very friendly and they pick up after themselves. Over all the apartments can be a bit pricey if you're on a budget, but the amenities offered make up for it. The building is usually very secure with some occasional technical difficulties like any other complex, all in all I feel safe here.

Best apartment around. I love the quietness. Timeliness of the responses on service requests being a bit slow would be my only drawback. Other than that I love living here and won’t be going anywhere anytime soon

My experience is just about the same as usual. I do have upstairs neighbors that sound like they are a military brigade back and forth, back and forth. Other than that I am satisfied with my unit.

It's my 1st Apartment in over 10 years. I think I got lucky with Vue25. They work hard to stay on top of everything that could and does happen in a living community like this. I love it here!!

For the most part I have really enjoyed being part of this community. The staff is friendly and approachable, and as an individual with a disability I am immensely grateful for the accessibility throughout the building. I do wish that there was more communication concerning maintenance issues, especially over long process jobs. I also have noticed trash rooms being over filled. Sometimes I can’t get the door open. Over all, I would recommend this community to others.

Nicely renovated. Office managers are upfront and concise about building, units and community. Ask about specials and make sure to get the unit you want- a perk of Vue25 is they can do a lot to match price and unit needs.

Rich in the leasing office was a great support from the start and provided excellent customer service the entire time. From providing tours of multiple units to reviewing lease options, application process and move in details, I was well taken care of and made the right choice choosing Vue25. I am appreciative for the great service and kindness.

Nice building halls always stays clean with an ok area. Love the events and activities they have.Vending machine prices are a bit expensive but overall nice building

VUE25 is a beautiful apartment that already feels like home, event after a short amount of time. The move in process was so quick and easy, the staff were so helpful and communicative from the moment I signed my lease to moving-in to providing updates about the community afterwards. I could not be happier with my decision to call Vue25 home.

Overall the move into our VUE25 apartment was smooth and efficient and staff has been very helpful

Mostly good in our first couple weeks here. Elevators can be inconvenient at times and traffic noise is sometimes annoying. Rich in the front office has been exceptional and very helpful with our move and transitioning!

Rich is awesome. They're incredibly helpful, quick to respond, friendly and professional. Rich made the move in process seamless and was there to answer any questions I had.

Very relaxing. I love that everyone minds their own business and no one is loud. Very nice amenities and love my apartment. This is my first apartment I have moved to and I was really worried about what it would be like. But I love everything about it and I truly believe I made the best decision for myself moving here.

Enjoyable and pleasant! Love the views and sense if community. The resident activities are a lot of fun. Very pet friendly neighborhood. Been in Tacom for a year now and am so happy that I moved.

VUE25 was by far (really far) better after visiting 6 other apartments when moving to Tacoma. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The community feel is unique to the many places I have been.

Vue25 is a wonderful apartment community in Tacoma, just blocks away from various eating choices, fitness clubs, and a beautiful city, and water view. Let me not forget our beautiful Mount Rainier just to the south. Our current Management Team is extremely efficient, and our Maintenance Manager is amazing!

Loving the living conditions and the extended community here at Vue25. There are get together every couple of weeks which is lovely way to get to know your neighbours in a casual setting. Communications about any issues are made in a timely manner . Maintenance is done quickly and communal areas are kept clean.

The experience has been exceptional! I truly appreciate the features that Vue units offer, and the panoramic view is simply breathtaking. The staff members are very kind and helpful.

I love our individual apartment, but the complex is ok. The recycling and trash rooms are disgusting and I feel like I need to hold my breath and shower afterwards. It even often has smells filling the hallways near our apartment. It could be much more organized and maintained to improve residential living.

I think it’s a pretty chill place to live overall. Spacious with pretty good amenities. Quiet neighbors. Parking garage. Nice view. Community activities here and there.

After nearly two years of living here, not much has improved. I'm happy with my own apartment and space, but the shared amenities have not shown any change. The elevators are breaking down often (I was stuck in it when it happened once) and fixes often take weeks or even months to complete. Add that to consistently overflowing trash chutes, packages being stolen, and oil spills in the garage, and one might realize they're exponentially overcharging for the price of rent.

I like staying at my apt, its quite and no problems on our floor

Rich was the absolute best, from first viewing to getting the keys. I cannot recommend them enough. I can tell it's going to be a great place by the great care they take of everything.

My living experience at Vue25 has been good so far. Staff is friendly and some of the community is nice. I feel safe living here.

The apartments are very nice and spacious!! Love the amenities and the events that management host it’s a great way to mingle and get out the house. Rich is a great manager very friendly always approachable!! George the maintenance guy is very attentive and reliable!

A big job and they do it well! It's my 1st apartment in 15 years and things have changed! Management Team here at the Vue25 were very patient and understanding, explaining each step as I went. My move was seemless on their side. I used loading dock and even reserved the big elevator! It's a big place. It can't be an easy job dealing with all of us daily. My emails are answered in a timely manner. things break around the property and they get fixed too. I'm glad I moved here.

I am very happy living here. People are nice and staff is attentive .

Not a great experience for me. Moved from a state where I was paying less for more clean, modern, and better surrounding neighborhood living. Upon moving in there were missing blinds (on a street level apartment), a missing drawer in the bathroom, and a lot of cleaning to do. Blinds took 2 weeks to get and the drawer took 6 months. The garbage room is mostly overflowing with garbage. The garage always has garbage your driving over but no garbage can out there for people to use. The garage gates don't have sensors if your coming in behind someone halfway through you may need to click button on fab to not be squished. Garage door 1 has gone down twice since I've been here and I'm just at half a year. Takes a while to get fixed and door is just open during that time. Making building easy access, as only some of the doors require you to have your fab for entry. No air vent in bathroom. Reasonable price for WA and has in unit laundry with no carpet!

Over the last six months, the apartment complex has gone form secure, clean and staffed by a very responsive management team to unsecure, often dirty, and a management response that lacks any accountability. Both garages pose risks to tenants and their vehicles as the car entrance gates have been damaged as well as the secure doors to the inside of the building from with the garages - with key fob sensors inoperable. Cars have been broken into, and there is drug activity even during the day. The security cameras in the garage are not high quality according to the onsite management staff, so being able to see who may have caused damage or have conducted activity on premises is not reliable. Garbage has piled up in chutes on the floors until it is spilling into the hallway and the main garbage room has overflowed because repairing the trash compactor is not urgent. Dogs are allowed to pee and defecate just outside the main doors, key scanners are not working due to malfunctioning or broken security pads, and hinges on outside doors have been broken. This is a really nice building with a good view; however, it is not being held to the standards of health and safety tenants expect when they sign a lease. The management team and GreyStar Management need to step up before they start losing tenants.
