The Vue has been the best apartment I have lived in and the most perfect place for my time as a Senior women. I have easy access to everything including mail and packages, parking, trash, elevators, pool and fitness. They are very quick to take care of any problems or concerns and the apartments are beautiful with of course have the best views around!

It feels like this is LA's best kept secret. Pool and A/C in a super clean, secure building with a rooftop deck, gym and gated parking, right by the water and just 10-20 minutes from beautiful beaches. Clean and well-designed apartments with modern luxury finishes and incredible views. We love it here

I love living at the Vue. The staff are helpful and very friendly. It is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Pedro and I love using the amenities. The gym, yoga studio, roof top, pool and jacuzzi are a plus.

We have lived at the VUE 9 years plus & just like other apartment complex it has it’s ups & downs. New Management is so refreshing from the old ones. However, the swimming pool, jacuzzis, exercise room, Yoga room, Community room, food truck visits, decorations on Holidays is absolutely Lovely. The Front desk team is awesome. You must learn to be flexible when life happens ie water issues. The VUE is a beautiful place & my family loves it very much and call it our home.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Vue in San Pedro, California. The name says it all! Views from every room. I never stop enjoying the outside from whatever room I am in. I so enjoy looking out at the bridge and cruise ships that are always going in and out. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff are friendly and there to make your life a bit more comfortable. I have only been here a short time, but when I first walked into the lobby, I felt like I was walking into the lobby of a first class hotel. The elevators and hallways are spotless. The halls always smell clean. I never hear my neighbors and I forget I live in an apartment. Maintenance has been prompt to respond to my needs and I feel safe as the parking area is very well lit. When maintenance comes in they always wear covers over their shoes. I have an apartment that gets beautiful bright light through the ceiling to floor windows. The dishwasher and washer dryer are so quiet, I forget they are on. I think I’m going to like it here.

We love the lifestyle at the Vue. From the free yoga, amazing amenities, and exceptional staff it can really feel like a resort sometimes. My wife has enjoyed the convenience and variety of the food trucks as well. 10/10. Would recommend.

My daughter and i recently moved to the Vue and we are glad we chose this luxury apartment. i feel like i’m at vacation resort everytime i come home i really feel safe . The Vue has a superior staff that are always pleasant to talk with. The Vue staff is excellent, very polite, very helpful and professional. The building is always clean and the decorations for Halloween and now Christmas are beautiful. The ONLY reason my rate is average is because the smell of marijuana all the time. Walking in the hallway on my way to my apartment is like you are getting stone just by the smell and the smoke. It very annoying.

I really wish someone at the Vue would have disclosed to me that the gym and yoga studio were closed because I wouldn't have moved in. I moved here to make my life simpler by having everything in one place. I understand that this is due to the hype of COVID but what I don't understand is why we're not allowed to use the amenities by appointment. I don't see the harm in that. Also why do the only amenities open have to close so early....?

Yes, the gym, yoga, community room and conference room are closed due to COVID, this is out of our hands, we are following LA County guidelines for communities. The reason the pool and roof top are closed at 6 pm is to regulate, guest are not permitted in any amenity at this time due to COVID and unfortunately some residents do not follow those guidelines which would cause us to close all amenities. The Vue has everything I wish for the apartment living; reliable security, good management office, friendly stuff, great maintenance team, crystal clean building, ocean breeze, spacious rooms, and the view of the ocean! It is a perfect apartment to live in!

Living at the Vue has been a nice experience thus far. Everyone on staff is always super helpful and kind. The amenities here are great as well. As a full time student, it's nice that I can go to the gym right downstairs when I am in need of study break. The environment is always peaceful which is a plus since I am study a lot! I do not regret my decision living at the Vue!
