Apartment without stove or microwave, no kitchen ceiling light because of water accumulation on top. It will collapse as it is worse every day. Not sure what to do. Getting rained on every day for two weeks because they’re not equipped to help. Every week they mention maybe next week. Every time I get home there’s water on the floor. This is crazy…

My time at Vue at Belleair so far has been great. I had to move quickly due to being displaced from Hurricane Milton. I submitted an inquiry online on a Saturday and received a call from Amber same day. I stopped in and completed a tour with Amber (she is very informative and helpful) and she assured me that she would be able to assist in getting my application reviewed and processed quickly so I was able to move in by my deadline. The application and move in process was a breeze. My apartment is beautiful and the amenities are stunning. I have no complaints and am very much enjoying my time here.

The community in general is lovely, certain areas of the apartment were cleaned poorly when I moved in. Walls in the community seem to be extremely thin or my upstairs neighbor is just careless.

After a horrible experience with another complex, Vue at Belleair, and Amber specifically, came to our rescue and we had a lease to sign within one day. We have had a great experience so far and I feel like we are living at a resort. I would absolutely recommend others to live here.
Vue at Belleair is a great, beautiful and peaceful place to live. There’s always room for improvement but it definitely is a place I would recommend as it’s overall a nice place to stay.

The Vue is a very nice community. Great personnel, beautiful grounds, and lots of amenities. The location is convenient to US 19, and within a mile or two of my favorite shopping.

This community is my first truly luxury community and it'sbetter than expected. I've never been an amenity user but I have here! The pool is so refreshing and the gym has a lot of interactive equipment. The resident events are fun! They just had game night in their game room and I learned Sequence for the first time and played other games with pother residents! They also have food trucks!

Vue at Belleair is a beautiful well-managed apartment community, with many amenities. It is close to shopping of all kinds. Quick access to Hwy US 19. Elevator. My unit faces the lake. There are walking paths. Gated at night.

I was impressed to visit this place and see all that they had to offer behind the main building that you can see from the roads. They were not as new as the other place but very close and super clean like a resort home. Me and my family are choosing this place because the new didn’t give me the feeling i got here and the lady who toured me was so accommodating and fun.

My experience of living at the Vue at Belleair is a very positive one. It's a beautiful place that is conviently located to all the highways and stores. It's a one minute drive to Costco, Target, Sam's Club and Gulf to Bay route 60, which takes you either to the beach or the airport.

I moved to the Vue at Belleair apartments a little less than a year now. I have already signed my new lease for 14 months. I am very satisfied and happy with my apartment and the management and have experienced no issues whatsoever. I am over 60 and have always lived in a spacious residence so for a first time tenant in a one bedroom apartment am very pleased with the cleanliness, attention to details and responsiveness of the Vue management and maintenance. I would recommend the Vue to anyone and have done so to friends and family. Apartment living today is very expensive but at least the Vue deliverers 100% in all areas. Noreen M.

I had to add a review on this place. Out of all the apartments i looked at when looking for days. This place has won my heart. The girls in the office made me feel right at home and the pool and suite for my mom put the icing on the cake.

Do not move here. Apartment management staff is rude and unhelpful. Every time you go to them it’s like you are a major inconvenience. Rent is extremely overpriced. Cars are broken into. I hear drunk people knocking on doors and windows all hours of the night. I can hear my neighbors vacuum, cough, walk around. Not worth it.

Living at the Vue at Bellair has been a fantastic experience. It is located close to all the major highways and the Clearwater mall, which makes it very convenient. It is a gated community and that makes me feel safe. The staff is friendly and courteous.
My wife and I just moved into The Vue at Belleair and we could not be happier. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are super helpful and prompt in fixing any issues. Also, the amenities and property are fantastic.

The Vue is a fantastic and safe community to live in. I love the community and neighbors and the staff is super helpful if anything goes wrong. Maintenance will ALWAYS get to you in less than 24 hours which is not the case at other complexes. This complex has great energy and great people and I can honestly say I love living here! Yes

recently moved here- did this totally on the blind and it has been perfect GREAT staff Megan, Stephanie, Sarah & Janet will make your move seamless and easy If you ARE A PET PERSON !!! The dogs here are wonderful, facilities are wonderful Staff that maintains everything is always on property and always making this place beautiful. Easy access to the Beach or Tampa -- As with anything in life there are always plus and minus scenarios, BUT the plus far outweighs anything that would stop you from living here **SPECIAL NOTE This is an elevator supported development most in the area DO NOT have elevators big plus believe me !!!!!

Beautiful apartment complex and amenities, nice residents. However very old and cheap appliances, falling apart and rusting. Its a brand new property, how are they falling apart already. Horrible staff. They dont care about you or your questions or issues, they try to get you out and ignore you. They dont answer calls. They dont call you back. No customer service. Very rude. Not welcoming. Not friendly. Not only to me but to everyone. Every resident I spoke to said the same thing. May need to post publicly to have changes made.
