I’ve had a good experience so far and I like my apartment. It’s clean, somewhat updated and very spacious. It is also very quiet which I appreciate. I am excited to use the pool and gym as well.

Do not respond to service request in a timely manner pool hasn’t been open or bottoms in service. Alarm system doesn’t work but being charged for it

A beautiful and peaceful place to live. The grounds are well manicured. My neighbors are friendly. I’m near transportation, shopping and parks. There are plenty of amenities, pool, recreation room and laundry. Great view. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance is there to put my mind to rest.

Very easy to use. I loved how the app was manageable and I was able to do everything from my phone ! I also liked how I can manage request from the maintenance team directly from my phone as well and everything is very clear.

Love these apartments they are beautiful only downfall is my apartment didn’t have a microwave but other than that it is beautiful the gym is right next door to my unit and I have a amazing few of the freeway from my balcony

Apartments looks great, really happy with the space but I have more than a few things needing fixes like garbage disposal, closet light and sliding door blinds are stuck and it's very inconvenient. 3 days into moving in and maintenance is already needed. Other than that the neighborhood seems peaceful

It’s a great space to live in. Though I’m still waiting on repairs since it was a rushed move in. But I’m enjoying my space. I think things are great in the space. I’m ready for the smart locks though.

Moved in during the property management switch, and I was quoted the incorrect price for rent and on my move-in day found out that I needed to pay more money than what I was previously told during the 30 day wait to move in. I never received a copy of my lease and right now. I am in need of rental assistance and cannot apply because I do not have a copy of the lease and the office says they do not have a copy either. At least create me a new one so my home is secured and you guys are paid.

I visit my elderly parent at the Vue once a week at minimum and am always greeted with friendly maintenance folks. I passingly was greeted by an office staff member named Louisa who was also helping around the area blowing leaves and picking up any litter she spotted. I can say that I have noticed the increase in upkeep to the area.

Hello, the condominium is good, clean and organized. The people are friendly and cordial. The receptionists in the office are friendly and helpful. The apartment that was given to me is a good size, but it was very dirty and there is no microwave. But overall it is good.

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving in here! We moved in around the time the new management took over and it’s been outstanding. Karen has been a huge help to us whenever we have needed or requested anything. The other staff members have been wonderful as well, from the office staff to the maintenance. Work orders always get addressed in a timely manner and feedback about our tenancy is always considered and applied quickly. We recently had a dog day event which was wonderful and our dogs certainly loved all of their wonderful goodies! I would recommend the Vue to anyone that I know!

This location is very calm and quiet there’s many stores near by for groceries and easy to get around plenty of space in between parking spaces all the greenery is always looking good and up to date

This is my second time when i had ordered something someone steals it it gets very annoying because everything is so expensive and that it’s not right

New admin has been unable to get the rent correct, provide a single legal document upon request, continues to charge for an alarm that has been offline since I moved in 9 months ago, and despite 3 personal guarantees to amend and fix the problem, nothing so far.... Terminating the lease and getting out.

Dog poop everywhere. Loud music and screaming neighbors. Cops are here a lot. Dumpsters always seem to be filled. Very long wait time (up to 2 months) for any repairs

Is appropriate been up and down for me? I don’t know about the other resident tenants, but I had a lot of problems with the old manager. Is there been a lot going on on their property car has been broken mailbox been broke, but I hope this new year brings better understand for the residence And myself as well.

It’s a great place to live. I like it. It’s convenient, near shopping centers and parks. Great place to take walks. Immediate attention is given when repairs are needed.

These reviews must be fake! Between Greystar and SackMGMT I don't know who is worse!!! The staff are NEVER in office and they are hard to get ahold of. They don't resolve any of my issues nor do they ever get back to me. The community is beautiful but the management is horrible! Rent at your own risk!! If you don't mind being ignored and issues being swept under the rug then this property may be for you. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Very disappointing!!!!!!!

Not a lot of community engagement events. That would be my only issue. Also, trashes next to the mailboxes would be nice, a lot of junk mail gets left and then blown around.

After living here for over a year the customer service was good, so far we have not had any issues in these apartments. Maintenance has been responding fairly fast and typically fix the issue at hand

I like that vue @3600 is in a good location for shopping and restaurants and my living space is comfortable. Updated appliances pet friendly.

Rent is a little too high than anywhere else but I like the community since it’s not too crowded. Neighbor’s are quiet and had some few that are friendly. The community is close to everything, from the freeway and to different stores we need to get by. Overall I would say I could stay here longer if rent is not too high or rent won’t go up after my lease next year.

I’ve been here for 3-4 years now. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Some people go out their way to help others out of the kindness of their heart with stuff like groceries or taking the trash out.

The grounds at VUE at 3600 are always extremely maintained. It’s such a joy to live here. The maintenance and admin staff are top notch. All maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs.

The Vue is a very family friendly and quiet community to live on they keep the maintenance up you have your own parking stall in most buildings And they keep the landscaping up and the bugs out of the trees .Mrs.Danielle and Miss Monet I am Miss Deirdre Stay on top of the property 24 seven and make sure everything is running properly very sweet woman Love being renters in their community

I love the Vue at 3600 , I feel so much safer. I can finally invite friends and family over and not feel ashamed about my apartment or my neighbors. I can finally keep track of my payments through the online portal and any communication I have with the leasing office is so comforting and I don’t feel intimidated or attacked or feel like they don’t care about my needs because THEY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS NEEDS!!! And I recommend anyone to live here. Coming out of a bad experience with one apartment complex and moving into a better one has just been an eye opener and a wonderful experience so thank you Vue at 3600!!! For changing my life
