'- The fitness center is good for beginner - seasoned personnel. Anything more advanced than that you'll have to go elsewhere but still a good gym. (Mind you there's two of them). -Target is about a block away so that's pretty convenient. About a 5 minute walk to the store is always a plus. -Lots of sidewalks/trails for outdoor runners

Not impressed with the condition of my apartment upon move-in. If the issues get resolved I am willing to voice a better opinion. Unfortunately the price of these apartments doesn't match how negligent they seem. I guess i just expected more.

I usually hate living in buildings since many are loud, and you can always hear your neighbors (both upstairs and next door). However, I have not had any issues with my neighbors; they have children, and I have never had a problem with noise. I love it here and have brought my mother-in-law to live here as well.

We love Vue21. It’s in a great neighborhood, is reasonably priced, and they didn’t raise my rent like crazy at renewal time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of kids in the community for my kiddo to play with and overall would recommend this as a good place to live.

I have lived at Vue 21 for 11 years. What stands out to me that makes this complex so amazing is how quiet my apartment is & how friendly all my neighbors have been. Anytime I have needed something fixed, pronto, it's fixed. Our clubhouse is gorgeous & the pools are perfect.

Vue21 is the best place in the springs to live based on its attention to tenant needs, community culture and respect, and the best part is the value. I feel like I am getting every penny’s worth for living here. The staff are tremendous and go above and beyond expectations, shower them with kindness because they are the backbone here and they’ll always do as much as possible to help. They treat everyone with respect and show urgency in every matter. Anyone who says otherwise is just unable to see their own part in life and that doesn’t have anything to do with this caring staff.

If you’re a single mom or a young lady who is on your own at night, I suggest getting some security (like a ring doorbell) for yourself, since there isn’t any security here. There aren’t even security cameras in the breezeways. The ladies in the front office are unhelpful and rude, and they don’t take complaints seriously. There are also a bunch of small charges that add up when they are added to your rent, like “lease lock” (a program used so that you “don’t have to put in a down payment,” but really you’re just breaking that down payment up over months) and they break up the utilities for the common buildings amongst the residents. The amount that you pay isn’t outlined in the lease, even though it says that it’s supposed to be. There are reasons I stay: I’m already moved in and it’s close to both my work and my children’s school. Also, maintenance is always super helpful and polite. Just be aware that the front office doesn’t care.

Vue21 is one of the best apartments homes to live at in Colorado Springs. I’ve lived at many other Grey Star properties in different states in the past four years. Colorado has the better of the apartments properties.

I had the best experience with Vue 21 Property Management team. The management team went above and beyond with everything I need it. They made very smooth move in and transition between Apt. for me. I am very happy with my upgraded new Apt. it's very spacious and very quiet. The maintenance team handled problems very promptly, they maintain everything inside out to keep it look pretty and organized. We have plenty parking space and garages. I would highly recommend to renting from Vue 21.

All of it seems wonderful until you sign on the dotted line. Things may not be as they seem, and we realized this once we moved into the apartment. The paint was done so quickly that there are places where they painted over peeling paint, and they didn’t allow it to dry before closing doors. There was no attention to detail, and there were little things that weren’t fixed correctly. We were just told to, “Put in a maintenance request.” We didn’t have a key to our storage area, and we were told, “Put in a maintenance request.” We didn’t get a fob to get access to the gym or the pool (we didn’t even know that we needed one), and we were again were told, “Put jn a maintenance request.” We weren’t signed up for the Amazon hub, and when my husband asked about it, he was told, “Of course, you are.” We were not. If we go down to the leasing office, the staff is annoyed if you ask questions or sit in the common areas in the leasing office. we assumed that they don’t want to help because they aren’t getting a commission for it. My husband has already made the comment that we are out of here as soon as our lease is up, and we wouldn’t recommend living in Vue21 to anyone.
