Property Ratings at VRV
VRV is a great community. My partner and I scheduled visits on two separate occasions before making a decision, and the leasing staff were very tentative and informative when providing information during our tour. They were also very thorough in the application process. I felt that I was very informed throughout and had minimal questions. When I did need to reach out for confirmation, the response was immediate. Once we were approved, move-in day was seamless. All documents were provided, and we got our welcome packet and key fobs. The unit walkthrough to verify the apartment’s condition was seamless, and the provided documents were easy to understand and complete. It is currently our 4th week with VRV, and we've been pleased with our experience. Service Requests regarding maintenance issues have been smooth as well. The Maintenance Lead, Gerald, has been great!
VRV was a wonderful living experience this past year, it is very modern and well-decorated and always sparkling clean. the staff are attentive friendly and helpful and overall amenities are amazing, very happy I got to live here. service requests were answered in a timely manner too

Overall, the community was fine when I first moved in. I’ve been living here for almost two years—I moved in at the beginning of the first leasing wave, when the community was still mostly empty. However, over the past two years, the living conditions have noticeably declined. Unfamiliar, random people now seem to come and go freely. Thank you for finally addressing the parking issues—there was a time when it was impossible to find a spot because non-residents were using them. But major problems still remain. Animals continue to urinate in the elevators. The parking garage still smells like pet urine. Large, noisy groups of people regularly take over shared spaces to party and behave disrespectfully, often well past the 10:00pm quiet hours, in clear violation of community policy. Because of all this, my opinion of the complex has changed dramatically—and not for the better. I’m now simply waiting for my lease to end so I can move out.

I’ve lived at VRV for about a year now and have had an overall great experience. Their management is one of the reasons that has helped made my time living that much better. They’re super professional, communicative, friendly and helpful both in person and via email. We are always informed of any changes/updates with as much notice so I am able to plan accordingly. The amenities are up to date and community areas are cleaned daily which makes it that much more enjoyable.

VRV requires a 60-day notice. However, they provide a letter with lease renewal with an increase 30 days before lease expires. This is unfair because we are expected to give a 60-day notice, it would be make sense for you to have the same amount of time to provide a lease renewal notice. Both parties should follow a similar process.

VRV is by far one of the best apartment complex in Orange County! Everything is top of the line and reasonably priced. Management is amazing and facilities are modern and chic! It’s luxury living in a cozy laid back environment!!!

I would highly recommend living at the VRV. The price for each unit is pretty good for the amount of amenities, unit functions (ex. central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, etc.) good service, security, etc. I’m very pleased that I moved. The leasing office is very friendly and is always happy to answer your questions and will fix any issue pretty immediately. For building security, they’ve taken good measures to ensure it is safe. It is also extremely quiet inside the unit and the outside noise isn’t very noticeable. It really does feel like living in a hotel inside the VRV.

VRV has been a wonderful experience so far and we have really enjoyed living here. In my experience, most GreyStar communities are very well run, but VRV has been exceptional management and employees. The ground and amenities here are immaculate, and the apartments floor plans are very modern, yet still easy to navigate. Would highly recommend VRV to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great location!!

Overall, I’m well taken good care of at VRV. It truly helps to have amazing staff that does whatever they can to support your needs. This makes it such a livable and safe environment for my kids and I. I take advantage of the wonderful amenities and appreciate the food trucks when they stop by so that i don’t have to worry about cooking sometimes for my kids.

Location is great, close to lots of stores and restaurants. But it is also important to note that it is close to a large homeless population by the 22 freeway, so it is not safe to walk around at night alone. The grounds are well kept and clean. The first floor is for guest parking, but there are never any spots available since residents park there too. Electric parking is also almost taken by regular cars. Highly recommend working with Ruby at the leasing office! She’s great at communicating.

Very happy with my decision to move here. All staff is professional and efficient with handling any matters that may arise. Security is exceptional and Kyle the main man is very knowledgeable and informative about the community and makes us feel very safe. Maintenance is friendly and great at their jobs. It’s been a month since I’ve moved into VRV & I am pleased with my decision. The location is perfect for those who commute between OC/LA county, the unit comes equipped with everything you could possibly think of to make the transition seamless, the staff is welcoming and has been helpful with my questions/concerns, especially security.
