I’ve given up on raising the same concerns, because they get ignored. The gate to the adjacent street continues to slam in the middle of the night since it’s never locked; people smoke weed on the property, close to our unit; the noise on that same street, from vagrants and party goers, wakes us up every weekend, in the middle of the night; cars have been broken into and/or stolen from the garage; non residents can bring their dogs to the dog park because the gate continues to be left open. It’s a waste of time saying anything, because I’ve raised all of these concerns before, and management just doesn’t care.

I’ve lived at Vox for about a year now, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by how much the building has improved in that time. The cleanliness of the amenities—from the pool and gym to the BBQ area, hallways, and dog area—has been top-notch. Management has also done a great job enforcing community rules, especially around noise and quiet hours, which has made a big difference in the overall living experience. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and I’ve noticed more thoughtful and well-organized resident events lately as well. I used to be happy here, I used to love it. Year 2 has been horrible. My life’s falling apart. Mold issues. Air vent issues and dust. Issue after issue after issue. It makes me sad cause it’s such a cool spot.

When I moved in, I realized a lot of things weren't up to standard in my apartment. For starters the floor was filthy. One of my cabinets had a strong chemical smell that is still there, and a few other things. Most of them were resolved by management. And the appliances, specifically the washer and dryer, are really low quality, which is surprising since Vox markets itself as luxury apartments. The common areas are very nice though.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and feel I have a solid understanding of what it’s like to reside in this community. I moved in without high expectations, as I typically don’t favor large complexes, but I was ready to upgrade from my previous LA apartments that, while charming, lacked conveniences like central air and in-unit laundry. 1. Quietness This is by far the quietest place I’ve lived in LA—including two houses on noisy streets. I rarely hear neighbors, traffic, or any disturbances. The fire alarms have gone off four times, but they’re relatively quiet for alarms, with staff able to communicate through them. The longest instance lasted about 15 minutes, but shutting my bedroom door helped reduce the noise. 2. Smell There are minimal odors throughout the building. Occasionally, I catch a faint smell of weed in some hallways, but it’s rare inside my unit. I also don’t notice cooking smells from neighbors, which is a plus. 3. The Unit The apartment itself is beautiful, featuring high ceilings, a large walk-in closet, a spacious balcony, marble countertops, full-size appliances (including a dishwasher and washer/dryer), and an impressive amount of storage. The bathroom is luxurious, with a lengthy tub—almost too long at my height, as I have nothing to brace my feet against. The kitchen storage is also exceptional. The key fob system took some adjustment but is now something I appreciate. 4. Parking My designated parking spot is conveniently located near my elevator, which is right next to my unit. Guest parking is available at Whole Foods, though I’m unsure of overnight options. 5. Mail & Package Delivery This is the one downside for me. Package retrieval requires a long walk and two elevators, with larger packages stored in a basement storage room. I recommend a foldable wagon if you receive frequent deliveries or do your own grocery shopping. Once, my weekly food delivery was misplaced, only to reappear at my door two weeks later, completely spoiled. 6. Amenities The amenities are exceptional. The full-size gym is well-equipped and open 24/7, though it’s often busy. The outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, making evening strolls enjoyable. The pools and hot tubs are large but seem underutilized. Whole Foods and the on-site vet are additional conveniences that make this feel like a small town within itself. 7. Neighbors Overall, interactions are neutral. People tend to keep to themselves, rarely engaging in small talk or greeti

The apartments may look nice but the building & management is RIDDLED with issues. Make sure to check Yelp. Drag racing on the corner of Jefferson with fireworks at 1am or later, random +1k electric bills, fire alarm every week at random hours, cigarette smoke despite it being smoke free- the list can go on. I highly urge you to check yelp. Every bad review is true!

Dream come true for me, I love the full gym and pool, I’ve been able to get back into swimming. The community is friendly and inviting. I’ve always felt welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The resident services manager goes above and beyond he really cares. Everyone does, come join us it’s been awesome.

The amenities are amazing. I’ve gotten back into swimming because the pool is so awesome it definitely helped me and made this last year so epic. The staff had been so helpful and happy I’ve appreciated it a lot. The events have been a blast and the community has been fun.

Overall the community is understaffed. The front desk hardly answers the phones, packages are lost. The system for oversized packages is disorganized. Lauren is a TERRIBLE manager and is rude to tenants. Staff does not address the dogs constantly peeing in elevators, common areas, landscaping etc. Overall poor management

Vox community has some super amazing amenities including 2 well maintained pools, fantastic new age Gym, well maintained Community Rooms and even a Screening and Recording Room. We moved into a beautiful and spacious apartments and very happy with the Community.

Where to start... the building is somewhat nice, but you will find a lot of design flaws all over the complex. No guest parking and their traffic control system is just a joke. In addition, constant issues with: - VOX management changing policies every month (guest count, parking, utilities, lies over lies, etc) - VOX Residence manager is really under-qualified and will not bring any solutions. Will not even listen to the residents. - You will hear fire alarms every two weeks since they have a faulty system and they claim people are pulling alarms - They claim to be a pet friendly housing, but just look at the dog park size and dont have the right structure for pets - Accounting dept constantly messes up. Multiple residents have had issues with "extra" fees, credits never posting and inaccurate bills. They have changed their pay methods several times with no notice. - Their communication system is also so inept - Please join the Discord app before signing a lease so you really see the nightmare we have as residents.
While the amenities and property are great, the management of this building really needs work. We had several issues with our leasing application before moving in and once we moved in, the fire alarms have been triggered 3 times during early morning hours mid-week (12-4AM) causing big disruptions to sleep. I've only lived here 3 weeks, and am starting to regret my decision.

Only been here for a couple weeks but it’s been great so far. Fantastic and friendly leasing office, clean building and units. Superb location and am already enjoying the amenities and Whole Foods downstairs. Perfect for professionals, dog lovers, and Culver goers.

Living at VOX has been great. The office and front desk are really helpful. The gym is absolutely amazing: so much cool equipment. I love that I can get anywhere in LA in 20 mins, plus there are some awesome restaurants nearby on West Adams Blvd.

I recently had the opportunity to lease an apartment through a particular service, and unfortunately, I must say that my experience was not good. The leasing team was less than helpful and not friendly, which made the leasing process frustrating and difficult. However, I must say that the apartment itself is very lovely. The amenities are great, and I've been impressed with the quality of the building and the features offered within my unit. Additionally, I have found the neighbors to be nothing but respectful so far, which has been a nice surprise. Overall, while I can't recommend the service based on my experience with the unhelpful and unfriendly leasing team, I do think that the apartment itself is worth considering for those who value a comfortable living space with great amenities.

The building is great but the staff is very unprofessional. they don't respect the residents and feel very entitled. all the residents have been complaining about their lack of professionalism. I got a puppy when i first moved in since the amenities are pet friendly, unfortunately the staff decided to change this rule, they always ask me to keep my dog at home even though there are always animals around the community. If you enjoy unannounced headaches and dealing with unprofessional staff, Vox is perfect for you.

Everything to do with this complex is wonderful! The staff are all so friendly. Tiffany the leasing manager and Tamar the resident service coordinator both have gone out of their way to help me on multiple occasions. The full gym here is the best I've ever experienced at any apartment complex. Highly recommend Vox to anyone looking for an apartment in this area. I've been living at Vox for about a month now, and have not encountered the fire alarms going off all the time like the previous reviewers mentioned.

I got really lucky with the space I secured at Vox. It's like I get a free wework and gym membership rolled into what I pay for my lease. The location and proximity to the expo metro line is fabulous. I can't wait for Whole Foods to open upstairs. The concierge staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have met. I feel very comfortable in my new home here.

The last week of July has had constant fire alarm testing (they have sent out an email saying there will be testing from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and the alarms started at 6:40 a.m. one morning!) and now we will have water shut-off days. Yes, the gym has finally opened but none of the other amenities they try to sell you on including dog park, dog wash, movie room, music room, etc. There is a nice co-working area that has plenty of space but the Wi-Fi is spotty so it makes working from there impossible I guess I’d say it’s a nice area with seating. The guest parking is sparse and soon going away, not to mention driving into the community where there are always numerous food delivery and ride share cars stopped and lined up along the fire lane, which makes it a nightmare to get into the garage. The “security” person on duty never does a good job of stopping them and keeping the congestion from happening. This place is way too overpriced for these issues, no compensation, and no end in sight.

I highly recommend living at Vox. The grounds are extremely well groomed and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The concierge and community coordinators go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Whoever is doing the hiring at Vox is doing an amazing job!!! I love the community surrounding the building - very walkable, clean & safe. Neighbors are friendly and there’s tons of restaurants to walk to.
