I love living here! People say hello when you pass, there’s tons of dogs, and the gym is peak! Management is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is prompt and cordial; genuinely they make it easy to live here. Love the floor plans and the LPV flooring too!

Volta overall is a wonderful apartment complex. The amenities, location, and town make it worthwhile. The management and maintenance team here really does put their best effort into making the experience here as good as possible. I’ve lived at Volta Apartments and unfortunately, my experience has not matched the high rent prices being charged. The biggest issue is the lack of consistent communication from management—important updates are often unclear or come with little to no notice, which creates a lot of confusion. There have also been frequent electrical and plumbing problems, and the quality of construction and materials feels rushed or poorly done. Paint chips easily, walls scuff quickly, and overall it doesn’t feel like a premium living space. What’s most frustrating is the cost. The rent is far too expensive for the level of quality and service provided. For what you’re paying, you would expect a much more polished experience. If management can improve communication, follow through on repairs with lasting solutions, and reconsider the pricing structure—or improve the amenities and construction to match the price—this could be a great place to live. But as it stands now, I wouldn’t recommend Volta unless these issues are addressed.

Stay away ... the management is disorganized becasue the new owenership has not provided them with workable tools ... they are confused and they have cut services ... Again ... Stay away!!

The property is very pretty but some of the parties that around the pool area many nights consist of people breaking glass, arguments, people who are obviously not residents frequent the area. Literal carts of glass bottles are brought into pool cabanas, smoke blows into the windows. Screaming, fully dressed people jumping into the pool…. We pay way too much money to live in a nice place, to have to listen to this night after night, sometimes until daylight.

I love Volta because of its Top notch amenities, and beautiful apartments. My kitchen is gorgeous with lots of cabinets, counter space and a big island with a sink. The bathroom counter is very spacy too! I love the gym, the social spaces, the pool. Great place to invite friends! Super nice management - Michael and Zaria are very helpful and welcoming.
