Was such a seamless move in process and only issue we had at move in was fixed within 2 hours after notifying the office!
It's clean and quiet. I love the non smoking policy. Maintenance is wonderful and I love the community gatherings. The super bowl party was great fun!

Maintenance is always quick to respond to a work order. Joe and Red are both outgoing, knowledgeable and great in completing tasks. The pool, grounds including the dog park are always clean.

Volta is a great place for anyone looking for an apartment. My girlfriend and I have been living here for a couple months and we absolutely love it. A little pricey, but we’ll worth it. And it’s in one of the best areas in Colorado Springs.

For a first time apartment leasee, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the property and how approachable the management and staff are. 3 car break ins, multiple garage break ins, someone tried to break into my neighbors apartment. Mail stolen , no parking , Dog poop everywhere , rent is high for zero amenities , gym equipment broken, Jacuzzi was broken 10 of the 12 months I lived here in 2021-2022 . Design of apartment is odd / poorly constructed. Overall unsatisfactory. Front office (Regina ) will call everyday to get you to move in but once you move in very hard to get hold of anyone. Pros maintenance is responsive , location. Nothing follows

When we moved into the apartment brand new and the management was great! Since the change, the apartments have gone downhill fast! I wish I could leave a no-star review Dog poop everywhere, trash left in apartment halls and piled up in collection areas, and no parking control. When moving out DON'T put any effort into cleaning, I had 6 people scrubbing the floors and cleaning everything. They have flat fees in the lease that allow them to take more money from you when you leave and trust me they will charge you for everything. It is not a safe environment for families to be around, cars have been broken into and my tires have been slashed in the past. Mail delivery is not set up very well, the amazon box was great but always filled up with not amazon packages. This means packages were just thrown in the mailroom for anyone to take (which they will) or say it is undeliverable. Plan on purchasing noise canceling headphones, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the quietest of convos in the next room. (this includes having people blast their full surround systems at 3 am. Overall we had a great view and would have loved to leave a better review but office staff has been no help since taking over the complex. Echelon needs to get this facility under control.

Unless you feel like paying $200 for a garage or walking half a mile to your home, save your money and go else where. The other reviews were definitely written by the staff. It’s not that great here.
