Located about 14 miles south of Miami, Palmetto Bay is a seaside community that quickly brings to mind sand, surf, and sun. Toss on some flip-flops and sunscreen and you're ready to find an apartment near the beach! Palmetto Bay is home to the sprawling Deering Estate, a 444-acre environmental, historic, and archaeological preserve. Biscayne Bay, located in the Atlantic Ocean, is directly offshore from Palmetto Bay. Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserves protects 67,000 acres -- all under the ocean. The preserve is a popular destination for snorkeling, sailing, diving, canoeing, sculling, kayaking, windsurfing, and fishing. Zoo Miami, home to roughly 2,000 animals, is just west of Palmetto Bay.

Great atmosphere and customer service

I rented from Vistas upon my move from NY. My introduction to South Florida was great with this apartment complex. They were quick acting in and service requests I had and the technology and cleanliness of the complex is unmatched. I would highly recommend renting here!
