We are a privately owned community tucked away near a residential neighborhood but close to all amenities in the heart of Salmon Creek. Our community is near Legacy hospital, WSU Vancouver, easy I5 and I205 access, close to grocery shopping centers and restaurants. Centrally located to fit any needs! Renovations have begun! Our renovated apartments will come with brand new appliances (black or stainless steel), full size washer and dryer, new flooring, and all new fixtures! We are pet friendly and have a full fenced off leash dog bark park located on the back of our community with a lovely gazebo for relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of mother nature. We have courtesy patrol company 7 nights a week for added security. Enjoy the clubhouse that has a business center, pool table, foosball table and much more! Our fitness center has been completely renovated with all new equipment, private yoga room offered and access 24hrs!
