I’m writing this review as Vista Valley has wrongfully sent me to a collections agency when I’ve always paid any balance I’ve had in full. When I contacted management to discuss the charges, I sent the requested documents and my account has yet to be corrected. I moved out in 2021. The level of unprofessionalism and mismanagement is appalling. Here is a snippet of my previous review and experience: Throughout my time, I've had to have the refrigerator and dryer replaced- both took over 2 months. The refrigerator took 6 months to be replaced due to going back and forth with maintenance and management about the condition of the fridge. My refrigerator had maggots or some living insect reproducing INSIDE the fridge. I had to threaten to contact Maricopa Housing Authorities for action to be taken. Also, I had to have my bathtub resurfaced because the soles of my feet were hurting when I took a shower.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. I had a ton of water damage in my unit, appliances falling apart and my AC took 3 weeks to fix.
Second time interacting with a particular leasing employee. Each time I have felt belittled and disrespected. I will actually be avoiding her the next time I have to go into the leasing office. I would not want her representing my business or interacting with customers. 0 stars for this young lady and her customer service. Do not invest in this complex and their incredibly rude, thoughtless employees. 10/10 do not recommend.

My apartment has roaches and mold. And maintenance won't fix anything they'll just mark all work orders as complete. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have had health issues due to living in this mold infested apartment. And maintenance will only cover up the issue instead of actually fixing it.

I lived in this property for 5 years. Loved the location and the apartment for about 3 years until management changed. The property was managed by three management teams in the last 5 years and the current management personnel is, by far, the worse which is the reason I decided to move out. The property is not maintained, maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner, tenants screenings are not as thorough (more noise, criminal activity), and their rent has sky rocketed. The leasing office staff lack customer service and the property manager dresses inappropriately. Also, if you plan to rent with them, beware of additional fees that are added at the time to move out (some not even listed). I clean the apartment and the spots in the carpet, but I had to pay a $130.00 carpet "discoloration" fee. Rather than changing the rug, they clean the rug for a new tenant. Keep that in mind when you decide at this property. Good luck on your apartment search. Hope this review has been helpful.
Do not move/live here. Matienance is a joke. I have gone a month without a working toilet, my sink leaks, roof leaks, and I have a big hole in the wall where matienance tried to fix the toilet. Front staff and managers are just as useless and can't help you for anything except to ask matienance to do their job. If you live here already leave.
Do not rent here. Throughout the whole application process the staff was very rude to me and my fiance. Once we moved in we were shocked at how horrible the place is. The cabinets throughout the whole apartment are either chipping away or are dry rotted. There are disgusting patches in the walls and doors and a lot of black Mojave under the kitchen sink. When I went to talk to the staff in the office, the lady named Brittany was very rude and said that these are just cosmetic issues and they do not get fixed unless something is broken. I have shown her pictures of all the issues including the mold and I asked her if she would have moved in and she said she wouldn't. Then she told me that I should've known these issues would've been here from my previous walk-throughs of their models. This place is unacceptable. She didn't care or offered to put in a work order for me. She even knows that I have an infant son but she doesn't care that there is black mold in the apartment. Worst place I have ever been too and now I want to end my lease and get my money back.
PROS. its got big floor plans with low rent. it has free basic cable. bike rentals and dvd rentals. two pools. a couple vending machines, a small fitness center. some bbq's spread all over. oh and a computer lab. CONS. can be loud due to m.c.c is right up the street and there are alot of college kids in the complex. maintainance is slow and a bit lazy. i have had a leak in the roof from when the storms came. they came and said they fixed it, but it still leaks.
Big,cheap and free basic cable. Other than that maintenance is awful, neighborhood is loud. Management is mediocre. Green Pool and cockroaches!
