Diana is great! She was very helpful with everything. I felt very safe here and my apartment was clean no bugs. I lived on the third floor and I enjoyed it.

Was a nice place to stay near a lot of shops and always had services. Was quiet no issues with the studio.

Everything seemed to be fine during my arrival, when they mentioned that small insects could come out I didn't worry, because they said that fumigations were done. However, over time my recommendation is DO NOT RENT HERE, small cockroaches constantly come out anywhere possible, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cabinets EVERYWHERE. It was a nightmare to enter because you knew they could leave from anywhere. In addition, they always cut off the water for maintenance, you showered and the water was boiling or sometimes very cold. You couldn't regulate it. They did maintenance and always left a mess or did not finish in the established time and entered whenever they wanted without consulting. The receptionists were friendly but this place was terrible.

There are roaches regardless of how many times pest control spray, things breaks easily, & the water is always getting turned off & is always cold.

My experience of living in Vista Sol was good I live there one year and eight months the manager Diana always very friendly and professional and Larissa de same I recommend these place and I give thanks to everybody for your excellent service . I lived in Apt A236 and maintenance was always there to help.Thank you

I really didn’t know what kind of apartment I was looking for when I started my search to move from New York to Texas. I had called several places before I knew I was supposed to make my new home at Vista Sol Apartments. I had called other communities in El Paso and no one really wanted to work with me. Moving from New York to Texas was already daunting so when I finally spoke to Lauryssa, I knew I found my new home. I must have called Lauryssa many, many times and not once did she change the temperature of her personality. She was always kind, thoughtful and helpful to my situation. She answered all my questions as honestly as possible and stayed in touch with me until I was able to move. I rented my apartment sight unseen and Lauryssa sent me photos. Once I arrived, I met Diana, I was doubly blessed with having both these ladies in charge of this property. They are on top of it. Also, the maintenance staff is the best! They give 100% to the residents when issues arise. I enjoy that all the utilities except the internet are included in the rent. I enjoy that I have a gym that I haven’t used on the property. I enjoy that there is a swimming pool that gets serviced regularly that I haven’t been in on the property. I love my newly renovated apartment (my floors are gorg). Nothing is 100% guaranteed when searching for a place to live but when you have a management team that works hard to make this community that residents can enjoy and call home. I am so happy that I chose Vista Sol Apartments to call my new home. I am 100% sure that I made the right choice

I've been living here for more than 2 years, great staff and always responsive if service is needed, they try to keep the place and pool looking good. I just renew my 6-month lease and Lauryssa was very helpful and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been living here for a year and a half. The only good thing about this place is the price and location, but so many things are wrong with it. There’s never any hot water! The power goes out when it’s windy. Ac smells really gross. Carpet is filthy. Window and door don’t seal so bugs and dirt are always getting in. During the winter the apartment is really cold since the small heater/AC is not enough. If you can spend more money please go somewhere else this place is not worth it!

Not the newest units but they are a great value for what you get. Also, the customer service of the office is outstanding. They are very professional and attentive along with the service person (Pablo). He is very nice and hard working

Since I moved here, there has been roaches, from the first day. Even my neighbors had the same problem and got fed up with it and left. Ive called pest control multiple times, and at this point I'm leaving once my 6 months are up. Its not a bad complex, but if you dont like roaches, then dont move here

this place gives false studio apt prices waiste of time for people looking to find affordable housing fast.if you do not have 465.00 price available then take it down because it is FALSE ADVERTISING and misleading!!!!!!
