I love the peace and quiet that I feel here! Everyone I have met here is very friendly and welcoming. And I love the convenience of how close everything is to me.

Living here at Vista has been good. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. And the staff is very helpful and great! Nancy the leasing manager is amazing she provides all the help possible and so does Lupe, the maintenance staff.

My resident experience is pretty good. My experience has been pretty good so far, I enjoy having my own space and the fact that the Parkmoor apartment has a swimming pool available til ten at night. The maintenance worker is super helpful and she has great customer service.

The people are nice and friendly, I love seeing everyone and their pets. I do see random cats around and it makes me wonder if they are strays and the reason we have a dent amount of animal waste around the community. Trying to get ahold of any management over issues has been really difficult and frustrating also. I don’t know if there is a direct line I don’t have but it is rare someone is in the leasing office.

As a first time renter, I love the peace that I feel here whenever I'm walking around. I love it here. I'm also thankful for Nancy and all the help she's given me and the patience she's had with me during this process.

My partner and I have lived here for 11 months, with mixed experiences. The positives include no pet rent and assigned parking, while the negatives mainly involve issues with management and handling urgent problems. Negative-The management team was unresponsive, especially after a water pipe burst in July 2024, flooding our apartment. We had to push for updates, and repairs took almost three weeks. Repairs were slow, and communication was poor. After the flood, management promised quick repairs but didn’t follow through, leaving us to chase them for action. Positive-In December 2024, maintenance was much better. The dispatcher kept us updated, and the technician was on time, polite, and thorough. Since onsite management was introduced, communication has been better. While we’ve had some frustrations, the positive changes like better communication and assigned parking have made living here generally enjoyable. We’re hopeful that management continues to improve.

I enjoyed staying here. Very quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is safe for children and pets. I recommend staying here! You won’t regret it

I love it here at Vista so far. Everything has been very pleasent. Neighbors are quiet. The view around the buildings is amazing, very scenic and many vibrant plants, that they keep up very well. I would plan on renewing! Highly recommended.

Great quiet community! We love it here and maintenance team is top notch too. We feel very safe in the community and we love how dog friendly this community is!

Maintenance is great here at Vista. The workers team together to get things done. Elias is especially helpful and hardworking. He always has a smile on his face.

The apartments are nice and the community is gated (which is great for the area). They have a homey look and the neighbors seem nice. Management is relatively fast to respond to service requests. one problem i had when i moved in is that my apartment wasn’t fully ready though. but it was fixed within the week

loving our first month here so far. favorite at this moment is all the trees and plants and the beautification that’s consistently being done. definitely a quite little gem of an apartment around this area

Overall pretty good. There can be some noise on done nights but nothing to serious. In addition, the only serious concern is residents who don’t have their dog on a leash. There has been multiple occasions where I have seen dogs be aggressive towards residents and vista workers. The owners may say they’re friendly but it doesn’t seem that way. Also big dogs that can jump the balcony from 1st floor apartments. Aside from that vista is calm and friendly

Been living here since my boys were 3 and 4 now they are turning 18 and 17. We have created amazing memories living in this community surrounded by great neighbors.

Very helpful, very quiet neighborhood and also when we moved they gave us a few amenities which was nice of them thank you vista. The maintain people are quick to show up to fix stuff.

Great experience so far except for downstairs neighbor who has made me paranoid to even walk around in my apartment. Awaiting for a resolution to this problem. Otherwise, I have no major complaints

Had an issue when we first moved in, but the issue was addressed quickly by management. It's been very quiet and property is well maintained.

The convenience of having laundry in unit is the most appealing amenity. The parking situation is atrocious with no effort being put towards a solution. There also seems to be little care on tenant satisfaction, with subpar communication. I moved in to a filthy unit, when trying to share pictures and findings I was met with bounce back email addresses. It’s unnerving not knowing if they’ll try to hold me liable for some of the rust I couldn’t clean. I would never let a family move into a unit that looked like mine. The best things about this community are laundry. They could do a much better job of communicating and being more transparent. Once you sign those papers they could care less about your satisfaction, so don’t take them at face value. :)

Great complex just don’t like the lease terms. I also don’t like that we have to pay for the parking spot that comes assigned with the apartment. I personally think that should be covered with the rent. All the extra spaces make sense to pay for.

Looks pretty from outside but once you become a renter the management practically ignores you and any complaints you may have. Takes forever to get any maintenance done and break ins to cars in the gated lot are almost weekly. There is so much mold in the shower areas that they just paint over and hope you don’t notice. I would not recommend to anyone

It’s a great apartment, well maintained and great access to the freeway. Apartment is right next to Food max and Safeway is within a mile from the complex too.

So far at this apartment complex the property is really nice. I really like the pool area and how it’s really shaded with all the trees, really makes it feel nice an cool. The inside of the apartments could be better for the price but over all pretty good.

Nice quiet place to live, although there are certain things that are not up to par, they did care about their residents and having what they are paying for.

Vista is an ok place to live. Need to improve customer service a bit more. Leasing office always closes. Hard to get a hold of any employee here.

Terrible experience. Management is impossible to reach during an emergency. The complex is so nice but we’ve had such terrible experience with management and their response to disaster it almost makes us regret moving here and choosing these apartments. Such a shame. Great location but management has been such a disappointment almost zero communication. Renters beware.

Quaint quiet apartments. Super well connected to every place possible. Doesn’t have a gym but 24hr fitness is next door and so is food max. Also maintainence is prompt.

I have been living here at Vista apartments for almost a year now and I must say for the rent we are paying and the near by places around community its worth it. I gave 4 stars because of some cons, overall I recommend this place. pros: a. Apartment is very clean, I haven't seen a single bed bug or roach so far. b. Neighbours are very good, never bothered us. c. In unit washer and dryer in patio, it saved a lot of time . d. service requests are addressed immediately if placed via portal. Manager Desiree is very good at following up asap moment she sees the request and a big thumbs up to maintenance guys they are very quick and helpful. e. Gated community and security guy does random checks around. cons: a. Walls are not sound proof, so if you are playing music or tv keep volume normal to avoid disturbance to neighbours. However no one bothered us when we had some guests for dinner around 10:30pm. b. During winter you may need heater turned on a bit longer as walls don't keep the insualation well. c. Apartment is right after exit and Its on one way road! not really a con but would have saved time for some routes :)
