Best Bang for your Buck

I want to start off by saying this location is probably one of the best, if not, the best location for military. I'm in the Marine Corps and idk about you I absolutely didn't want to live on base. Any off base military personnel can agree with me that is is nice to be able pocket some the BAH leftover after paying rent. The problem with that is trying to find a decent place off base for a decent price. I did as much reasearch as I could to find the right place to satisfy what I was looking for. The number one question is obviously Price Price Price! How much are we paying month? What exactly am I getting for the price that I am paying? How many Sq Ft? Is there a washer and dryer in unit? Carpet or hardwood floors? Air conditioning? Gas or electric stove? (That was a huge one for me. I love to cook). How many bedrooms? Paper or plastic?..jk Ok seriously though here's the scoop on our place. We pay $1350 per month. For the BAH folks you can do the math yourself and see how much you can pocket. It's a 870sq ft. 2 bed 1 bath condo, but there other condos with 2x2, I believe there may even be a few 3x2 condos here as well. We have a gas stove. An In wall Air conditioning unit!! A full washer and dryer!( WATER IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT BTW) All the appliances are new and Stainless steel! Two parking spaces, one is covered. It's close to camp Pendleton's San Lius Rey gate. The community is nice , quiet and clean. I'd say this is a pretty awesome spot. What sold it for me was the price, the gas stove, the full washer and dryer, water being included in the rent, and the A/C unit. I hope this review could be of some help to whomever may read it!
