The people who work here have outstanding personalities. They do their absolute best to satisfy the tenants. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition even though the pool is shut down for repairs every other week. Currently there is a major project going on involving the roofs. Never a dull moment at the Grove.

The gymnasium is a nice spot at the Vista Groves to get some exercise in with little disturbances. They have two treadmills, one eliptical, one bicycle and free weights.

Since moving in 2022, other than a few hiccups (neighbors in a DV relationship that have since moved out a small cockroach problem) our experience here has been stellar. This property is money-hungry

At first, I didn't have any problem in this community especially that one staff there, her name is Anna. But besides of her, the other worker that sometimes works in the front and also the property manager doesn't know their job. I had a bad experience with this property even though i was done with my lease. They told me that day when I surrendered my keys to them, they told me I will only get a bill from the utilities and thats it. Then after a few weeks or a month, I received a bill that I have to pay $800 plus. They charged me with all of these charges that doesn't seem right. They charged us with damages with both bathtubs in the apartment. They told me cuz the paint is wearing off. And told me that they repainted it so there is no way for me to see in person if the tubs was actually damage. First of all, YOU DONT PAINT BATHTUB. Secondly, when we first moved there, the drainage of the bathtubs are not working with all the paint that they painted on the bathtub when the people stayed there before us, moved out. My boyfriend has to fix the drain so it will work. Charging us $240 each for the bathtubs are ridiculous. They kept our deposit and now getting charged for this damages is beyond insane. I talked to the property manager but she can't even tell me an explanation and telling me to talk to the Greystar. And also, the pool always under maintenance. Atleast 3 to 4 times a month and takes DAYS OR A WEEK for it to be fixed.

Overall Vista Groves is good. Yes, it's not 100%. But apartments can suck and oftentimes do, and this place is far from it. Nothings ever perfect. We have issues from time to time. But overall it's a good place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's no major bug issues that we've experienced, and the homes are nice and safe.

Easy, smooth, good commination, low fees, great specials, and happy employees. Great location with no hidden charges. Free parking car ports. Residents are not being ripped off due to greed like most apartments are doing. Overcharging residents because they can should be illegal, this company does not do that.

Don’t believe it’s worth it

Horrible management, huge cockroaches and not help expect to pay around $120 over rent for rebill of nothing trees chopped down, dog poop everywhere. Single pane windows so crazy dusty and not safe as police are here a lot. So far as far as apartments go Vista Grove has been pretty good. I wouldn't give it 10/10, no apartment is. But considering what's out there and what I've experienced, life overall is pretty good with the few frustrations and issues we've had minor and insignificant compared to what they could have been. I'd probably say either 8.5 or 9 out of 10.

The move in process was a little rushed, it was an application on Sunday (office closed Sun and Mon for holidays) then the lady helping us was off Tuesday so no one touched our application until Wednesday (still with the intent to move in Saturday) and we did not receive our 55 page lease until Friday evening at 630pm with our move in appointment Saturday at 11am. This also led to further complications because the system would not let me sign online and I did not have access to my lease so my fiance had to scramble to find it and send it to me and I had to rush to the office at opening at 10am to figure out alternative solutions since they closed at 6 on Friday. The apartment itself was okay, the carpet was extremely dirty and not vacuumed and thumbtack/nail holes were all throughout the apartment. Otherwise it seemed okay with a few other minor issues. We came here to avoid certain arizona bugs, so far the reviews seemed to make this place a safehaven, jury is still out on how this will playout in the summer but I am hopeful, but will followup with a review on this issue come next winter

I’ve lived here for a-little over 2 years and it’s been a peaceful experience. We did have some accounting issues but nothing that can’t be resolved. They allowed me to live comfortably, peacefully and I always felt safe. My neighbors were wonderful and I have zero complaints about the community. The maintenance team always got the job done in a timely fashion. I had a lot issues within my apartment but submitting a maintenance request was never an issue. They were very accommodating when I moved in and I foresee a peaceful move out. I enjoyed living at Vista Grove and if the 2 bedrooms were affordable I’d continue living here.

You wont find apt living any better than here!

Loving it here. And maintenance is prompt on getting things done fast. And the ladies+Eric in the leasing office are so helpful. We resigned our third lease just this month. We dont plan on leaving anytime soon. Best apartment living I've ever experienced! Thanks Vista Grove.

Great community and good apartments. Leasing team was excellent, Erik was always helpful and professional. The maintenance was fast when we needed, Ray is very kind and professional. But the cleaning conditions of the apartment prior our move-in should be way better than what we got.

It's by far my favorite place of all the apartments I've lived in. The office staff is always super helpful and friendly, maintenance is always quick to solve my problems, the community is very safe and everyone is really nice.

Nice place

Great location , near freeway and by shops. Wish they would fix the other entrance as it has a less dangerous accessibility, taking a left on Val Vista is dangerous

I have never lived in an apartment complex where the management and the maintenance was this amazing. They don't make you wait forever when it comes to getting something done. When I noticed my water heater was leaking I ran down to the office to let them know. Right away they got a hold of maintenance and by the time I walked back to my apartment the maintenance guy was already there and ready to fix whatever he needed to fix. They drained the water heater and immediately put a brand new one in. The staff here is excellent, the apartments are updated nice and clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Best experience I've had living in an apartment complex so far!
