Our Communities of Two Mile and & Joe Davis include various amenities, the district office has a fitness center with an enclosed playing area for children, club house, media room as well as a game room. Our clubhouse offers complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate, monthly community events, a little library, and free Wi-Fi. We are pet friendly and welcome both dogs and cats in all of our homes. The exterior of the property offers open parking spaces, assigned carport parking for tenants, dog parks, and two swimming pool areas with lifeguards on duty.

Twentynine Palms (also known as 29 Palms) is a small Mojave Desert community perched on the north side of Joshua Tree National Park. The city is perhaps best known as the home of Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, which hosts about 8,000 armed service personnel on the north side of town.
