Morrison may be a small town — just over two square miles — but it’s packed with character and exciting destinations. Situated at the bottom of winding Bear Creek Canyon, Morrison is perhaps most famous for the nearby natural outdoor concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. If you've already planned to see a show — and even if you haven't — stop in picturesque Morrison. Its Main Street district is filled with locally owned restaurants, quaint shops, and long-standing businesses. The town itself offers up a few single-family home rentals, but most of the real estate in Morrison is concentrated in the east near Willowbrook. Near town, a bike path skirts Bear Creek and leads to an extensive trail system and reservoir. Dinosaur Ridge is a must-see for geology or archaeology buffs; exposed dinosaur prints are perfectly entombed in sandstone all over this self-guided tour.

Not a good place to rent anymore. Essential repairs take far too long. Trucks blocking in cars prevent you from leaving home and attempts to resolve are ignored. It's too expensive for this kind of service.

We are working on making a faster turn around time on thing in which we have control over. With people moving cross country they will sometimes have to use the services of tractor trailers and with the location of where they move will at times impede people moving their cars in and out of parking spaces. Living here is beautiful outside of the city. The views are incredible from my balcony. The staff could not be more friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants out of the city living with convenient times to Denver, the mountains, a central hub near everything.

After 2 + years at this property and 30+ years of apartment living, I can say without doubt I’ve never had so much trouble getting maintenance done. I have spent many hours, and months pushing and pushing for things that are HEALTH VIOLATIONS. Someone will come after 2-3 requests and not fix it. Then you have to beg again and they don’t fix it. Then you sit and wait an entire day for a contractor and no show. You will pay for this maintenance outside of rent. You will pay for trash and there’s ALWAYS furniture and crap surrounding dumpsters. You will pay for grounds upkeep and there’s as many weeds as there is grass. And dog poop. You will pay for outdoor lighting and it’s always on the Fritz. You will pay for water to fill the pool and never be able to get in it, it’s freezing. You will pay for pest control and still have pests. You will pay for water, sewer and a “trash billing fee”. You will pay for snow removal and fall on the snow packed and icy walk ways. I’ve never lived anywhere where the rent is this high and it’s so poorly maintained. I have literally had multiple arguments with office staff and maintenance people and they maintain constant excuses. I’ve asked my neighbors and people all over the property if they’ve had issues not fixed in their units and they all say yes or they don’t bother to call on stuff because it’s not taken care of. Managed by GreyStar who does NOT speak to residents. So if you can’t get anywhere with on-site management, you are SOL. Called “luxury “ apartments on web site. My unit was turned the day before I moved in with new sticky paper over old cabinets, carpet torn up and staples left in the molding, glue from cheap laminate counter tops everywhere still to this day. Worst remodel I have ever seen. I didn’t see my unit before renting and that was a mistake. I have a 2x4 nailed to the ceiling to hold an old byfold door to laundry closet. I have painted over plywood nailed to wall. I have paint on my main window. I have an old bathroom sink with paint over the rusty parts. These are not “luxury” units and the price and bills should reflect that.

I love living at Vista at Trappers Glen. Sydney and the office staff are courteous, responsive and professional. They responded quickly to my calls and questions, both pre and post move-in. Chris, the property maintenance manager, is also very courteous, respectful and professional. The few move-in issues that needed addressing were done quickly. My unit is fully renovated with all new appliances; the washer/dryer are full-sized. The complex is very quiet and I never hear my neighbors. The views are fabulous. I have nothing bad to say about Vista at Trappers Glen and I hope to stay here for a long time.

Location, location, location. Vista at Trappers Glen was a perfect find for us and what we enjoy about Colorado. The proximity to any store, the mountains and the city is perfect. The grounds and property are kept really nice and the office and maintenance staff are attentive to any need and do their best to fill any requests.

Just signed our fourth lease here at this property. We have seen them polish this place up while we've been here, and the staff are great! We have the best view of Red Rocks, and I think it's cool that they are supporting local food truck vendors with inviting them here, and it seems like it's their part to help keep people staying home and staying safe.

I have lived here for almost four years now. I am very pleased with Krystal and Luisa in the office. So quick to respond and very polite. I am very pleased with the maintance staff, especially Riley! Always so polite and takes care of issues quickly. The grounds are clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. And the view us beautiful! I am very happy here!

I have been a resident at Trappers Glen for over a year now and have loved my experience. The office staff has always been super responsive for any issues that come up (usually small everyday things) -- especially Luisa. She's lovely! Additionally, I enjoy how quiet the complex is. All of my neighbors are low-key and respectful of one-another. Many residents have dogs and I haven't experienced any issues with that either. The complex is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Vista at Trappers Glen.

This community is dog friendly! It is the perfect place to live if you enjoy getting outside and going to parks or enjoying sometime in the sunshine! The staff here is absolutely the best! I am pretty confident that I will sign my lease again just so that I do not have to leave the amazing staff members here!

Being a young adult is challenging. Starting in a new city with no one was scary. Moving into these apartments made me feel like home because of how amazing and understanding the staff has been.

The management staff, Crystal and Luisa were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns as we moved cross country and completed the application and lease on line. Love the location, looking forward to the pool re-opening. The grounds are well maintained and it is very peaceful and quiet.

Awesome location surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods and very close to the mountains but not to far from Denver. We love how well kept up the grooming of this residency is and their attention to detail is noticed! We love it here

I was staying and my rent was raised with out a renewal offer. I would not recommend staying at a place that would just raise rent with out a renewal offer.

I love living here. The entire staff is always so helpful and anytime I have a maintenance request, it has Ben addressed immediately. The property looks great and all of the updates are really nice.
