The carpet it the hallways and cleanliness of the stairwells should be handled. It is pretty bad. I had a friend visit who liked the community but felt the hallway carpet was "super gross."
I was impressed with the location and accommodating my tour without an appointment! I look forward to living here. Gas, groceries, Ulta, everything is close by!

Cheap building materials. You can hear your neighbors above you walk stomp on the floor. If they have a dog it barks you can hear everything. The manager and assistant manager are not helpful. The hallways, stairwells and carpets are filthy. The pool area is out of control. The rule is two people per resident however you get people 10 to 15 out there drinking beer at a bottles smoking marijuana, it’s totally out of control.

Generally speaking, it is a fine place to live. Nice staff, good service team, decent price. However, noise becomes an issue lately. It’s not a good place for people who needs quiet living environments.

I’ve lived here for the last few years and though I’ve enjoyed my time, there are a few new disruptions when it comes a new apartment. Upstairs neighbors sound like they’re stomping or always moving furniture when walking around. I didn’t experience this in my old unit. The surrounding area has brought new noises especially late at night into early morning, even with windows closed. Even though there’s not much staff can do about it, it’s a factor of renewing. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed my time here.

Hate it here would never recommend anyone to live here. There is pee all down the hallways to the point it’s breaking down the walls. It’s way too expensive for not being clean and very little parking. They have prioritize money over residents and allowed a bar to move in down stairs that has no respect that they are under apartments, and won’t do anything about how loud and disrespectful they are down there they play loud music, light off fireworks and don’t respect quite time hours. Dogs pee in the elevators. The entrances smell like pee the stair will go weeks of smelling revolting before anything is done. Everything is all around disgusting and dirty. If you’re not a man forget about getting a second parking space.

I’ve had a positive experience living here. The location is convenient, easy to access grocery store and highway. The staff is always friendly and supportive. However,despite being smoke-free community, some residents still smoke marijuanna , which is quite annoying. It would be great if the management team can enforce the non-smoking policy more strictly.

VIO is nicely located with grocery and other shopping within walking distance making it a huge bonus. The apartments themselves have nice floor-plans; however, the apartments were poorly constructed. You can easily hear your neighbors both through the shared walls and most definitely the ceilings. Heavy footsteps, barking dogs, children running throughout the unit and heavy walkers disturb your life. You can hear a toilet flush, the dishwasher running, the washer & dryer running, and even when they slam their kitchen cabinets. There is NO sound-proofing. I definitely would not recommend ViO Apartments.

As beautiful as the space is, it was not clean upon arrival. The w/d is filthy. Scum in the washer, the lint catcher for the dryer is rusted over, dusty air vent/filter/fan, paint splatters all over the floor, broken blinds, tiny flies on the window sill, big circular dent at edge of bathtub, cracked caulking, and possible water damage on baseboards in bathroom and wall near w/d. The community itself is very pretty and super convenient. Parking is terrible for guests. Tow truck predators all over.

We’ve loved living here. The community is friendly, quiet, and very accessible. The management is great and accommodating. One thing I really like is the mail room, I never have to worry about a package being stolen or misplaced. They have a great system here. Rent may be a bit high, but it’s worth the safety that we feel.

I’ve never heard my neighbors since I’ve been here besides those who are walking past in the hallway. The unit itself is new and easy to customize with furniture and decorations Some of the leasing office people aren’t the most helpful, but the community is nice. Although, I wish the assigned parking was at least covered instead of just outside.
So far very good experience, I move in on Dec 7 therw is some good things and some bad but is a nice place to live very quiet place so far I’m ok
Living here has been a good experience. Very nice staff, quick support all the time, and convenient commute which is closer to both 85 and 101~

The community is great and clean. I would recommend to anyone, but there is an excessive amount of animals on the property that are not always on collars.
I think the Manager Chantelle is the best thing since sliced bread ?? Overall great experience there. Absolutely nothing negative to say, only positive thing's to say. Why? I love everyone in there so friendly maintenance is awesome people in the office are awesome. I love her everything is so clean and neat the cleaning lady does an amazing job as well.
Move-in process was disorganized and chaotic. There was minimal damage in my apartment that could’ve been fixed before move-in, as I reported on the checklist. Overall, the location of the apartment is hard to beat.

People and stuff in the office where awesome and amazing and helpful love the apartment complex so nice and clean I love the apartments inside for plans the amenities the pool in the gym.
Vio location is the best selling point of the community. Amenities are nice but would be cool if they were better kept. Can't change this part, but there is some noise on the safeway side in the evenings (from outside). I wish I had chosen an apartment facing the opposite side.
It has been nice to live here. Very nice staff . Good service. It would be even better if the door trash collection can become an optional service, not a mandatory one.
Very noisy. Shoddy construction. We can constantly hear our neighbors above us. Security access gates have been broken for over a year. Entry doors into the buildings are broken allowing g free access to anyone. False sense of security.
What I love about my new community is the management. They are so inviting, easy to communicate with and have an up beat spirit. The building are always clean and clean. Like that it smells fresh through out the hall ways.
VIO is a very friendly community with very nice staff. Most units offer beautiful mountain views. The facilities and amenities are generally good. Highly recommended!

Vio is a great community . Family friendly, pet friendly and excellent staff . It is within walking distance to to grocery store and shopping . Parking is limited for visitors .
Vio has been good to us. Very polite and helpful when needed.
Nice place to live, good maintenance in cleanliness, have food and grocery stores nearby (walkable distance). It would be better to have shelter parking lots for all the cars instead of open parking

This living community is beyond great. The facilities and accommodations are top level. The location is fantastic. With the shopping and parks. But what really makes this place great is the staff. I feel treated like family. Coming home. Is coming HOME. I don’t see myself living anywhere else.

Beautiful community, spacious, great amenities, right next to all kinds of retail/ convenience stores and managed by a professional staff, they truly go above and beyond to facilitate our needs all days of the week!
Vio is the best place I have lived in the last 15 years. The staff, the residence, the whole package is amazing. Love it here.

The only thing that I wanted that is not in this apartment is a walk-in shower, everything else is the best
