Temecula, set in Southern California's wine country, combines small-town atmosphere with modern living amenities. The historic Old Town district features preserved buildings, local shops, and restaurants, plus a weekly farmers' market every Saturday. Current rental rates range from $2,147 for one-bedroom units to $3,235 for three-bedroom homes, with prices showing slight decreases over the past year. The city features 41 parks and 22 miles of trails, while the acclaimed Temecula Valley Wine Country, home to nearly 50 wineries, lies just east of the city limits.
Residents enjoy both suburban comfort and outdoor recreation, including golf courses and the annual Balloon & Wine Festival at Lake Skinner. The Redhawk area offers planned community amenities, while Old Town provides a mix of historic and contemporary housing options. Students attend schools in the Temecula Valley Unified School District, and Mount San Jacinto College serves the area's higher education needs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vintage View Apartments
I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Complex is very quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Leslie in the office is always helpful every time I call or go into the office. I love my apartment home.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. We are so happy to hear your about experience at Vintage View! We will pass along your kind words.
My family and I have lived here for 4 years. Its a great value and never had any issues. I'd absolutely recommend them. Leslie and Maggie at the front office are always nice and easy to talk with. Felix and Ralph get things fixed pretty quickly- even showing up for us in the middle of the night when our smoke detector needed a battery change.
My wife and two young kids have lived here for over a year now and love it! The front office are always prompt and professional. Leslie, Maggie, Felix and Ralph are always helpful! Would highly recommend.
I wish there was a no star because this is the absolute worst place to move into the office is TERRIBLE especially Leslie she’s always so rude and never helpful she shouldn’t work there! The park is so bad they don’t have enough space to hold everyone that lives in these apartments causing cars to park on the dark street where your car gets vandalized multiple people’s car have been broken into just in the few months I’ve been here the people that live in the complex aren’t nice either they will back into your car then just leave it like nothing happened and the office DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they tell you just file a police report they also do nothing to help the parking issue all the open parking is taken by permanently parked cars so nobody gets a fair chance to park I wish I never moved here the inside doesn’t make all those other things better to the buildings are so old they just you like DIY’s to fix stuff like the bathtub they just painted over it with white paint so after time it just lifts cause of the water like who does that like actually replace the stuff they can pay for their office to have construction for a week 6am-6pm when they could have used that to add more parking or fix the parking issue this complex has the ABSOLUTE WORST office staff and needs to be completely redone I hope nobody rents this place cause it is absolutely terrible!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!! I can’t stress that enough just pick somewhere else there’s so many better places that I wish I knew about or wish someone wrote a legitimate review on this place so I’m doing it cause I don’t want what happened to me to happen to you!!!!
My daughter and I have been here a little over a year, we love it. It has everything we need here, great office and maintenance staff and very close to stores and freeway. The apartment has washer and dryer, dishwasher, fireplace as well as a garage. The sun room is the perfect play area for my little girl. I have told all my friends and family that are looking for a place to live about these apartments, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in great wine country.
I have been living here for 2 years now, and the rent is actually very competitive in price and also includes a garage in every unit and a sun room with a washer-dryer in each unit. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there are no parking on site for 1 bedroom units. Unless you use your garage for your car, you are parking on the street. But not too bad. Quiet, and close to rec center, park, Target and the Duck Pond. The units are cute and also each have a fireplace. This is a great apartment for the price.
Very friendly staff that was able to answer all my questions and were very cooperative. These apartments older but nice and well maintained. All appliances are either brand new or taken care of really well. I had a few maintenance issues but I informed the staff and they were fixed that same day. I really like the location, being very close to the highway and local shops, restaurants ect. The parking is kind of a drawback but I have a garage that comes at no extra cost. It is a quiet community and I would recommend these apartments to others.
