At first since it is a new property I had quite a few issues with getting mail, & appliances working correctly but since then everything has been going good. I like how quiet the neighborhood has been forsure, even though we’re near the highway you don’t hear much of the traffic.

So far its nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly and the area is nice and clean.i love the lighting,the spacious rooms and luxury look.I also love the fact that theres a playground on the property and its nice and clean. One of the best parts for me is how quiet it is here. It’s a nice change from busier areas, and it feels safe for my kids. My family has settled in well, and my kids have room to play without me worrying. The community is pretty friendly too, and the staff has been responsive when I’ve needed something fixed or had questions. The amenities are a big plus — there’s a pool, a fitness center, a business room, and even a little theater space. I also like that we’re close to Denton, shopping spots, and parks, but we still get that small-town Argyle feel. Rent is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the space and modern touches. My unit is in good shape, and while there were a couple of small hiccups at move-in, they were handled quickly. All in all, it’s been a good experience for me and my family, and I’m happy with my decision to live here.

My experience has been pretty good! There’s only been a few hiccups with the move in, but I’m enjoying it so far! It is a really nice complex, and the amenities are great.
