Property Ratings at Vintage Park 55+ Community
Tenants have to pay water, sewer and trash. No implement policy on the lease contract. Is not a senior apartment for over 55 years old. Young people and their friends live in the apartment and smoke weed on balcony . Maintenance services request take forever. Utility bill goes up every year especially on summer. Rent goes up, services go down. Tenants have to do their maintenance inside and outside of apartment. Broken in cars many times. No gate, security guard and cameras. Strange people in and out freely. No replacement for deteriorated appliance( have to fight with management for replacement ) . Some tenants replace appliance out of their pocket. Unlicensed used cars dealer selling cars on the street and apartment driveway. Don’t believe what are on the website!
