I was really nervous when I originally decided to move but this property has turned into my new home. I planned to maybe move to Nashville and after speaking with the team here they assured me that Franklin is a better fit and they couldn't have been more right. I really was nervous about moving here without touring first but I was pleasantly surprised at move in. Everyone was super friendly and kind and there is way more nature than the pictures give credit to. I always heard the Nashville area was a lot of noise and construction and this place has been so quiet. I feel like if I ever want to do anything I can but for the most part can just enjoy the walking trail or just sit outside.

I was looking for a place that I had to get in too pretty quickly and they were able to accommodate my request. This is a dog friendly community which is a big plus for me! They have a lot of great amenities. It is such a nice culture and environment. Glad I called this place my home.

My wife and I have lived here at vintage franklin coming up to 8 months. WE LOVE IT! Property management and staff are very responsive and extremely nice! I work remotely from home and the amenities keep me creative. The fitness center is top notch as well. I did see other reviews about it being noisy, Honestly we have not had one complaint about hearing neighbors or anything else. This is home for us, great area in franklin very convenient to anything you need. This is an excellent well maintained very nice apartment community.

I looked at Vintage Franklin in March, applied in April, and moved in, in May. I chose Vintage Franklin bc the office staff was quick to respond, helpful, and personable. The property is new and is beautiful. The apartments are modern and upkept good. I hear neighbors sometimes but I expected that before moving into an apartment.

The positive reviews written all in a row look suspicious from the management team. Do believe the other reviews. The building and location are chill but living here sucks. Hard to focus especially if you work from home. The noise from outside the building and the neighbors is insane.

I can hear literally everything my neighbor does- cough, flush the toilet, shut a cabinet. My super pretty fixtures have started to chip already. This is not a good space for how much money you spend. Can’t wait to move in a few months. The noise is driving me nuts.

The office staff is amazing! The property is well-kept, quiet, and serene. The office staff is attentive to issues that arise and maintenance fixes most items same-day. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

We recently moved in towards the end of last month. There was some hesitation as my wife and I read through the reviews. We toured a few different places in the area and the walking trail, dog friendliness, amenities, and office space onsite sold us on these units. After moving forward we are pleasantly surprised and glad that we did. The lease is well written and protective of noise and most issues that have been mentioned by others, and the community is well kept and clean. As many of you reading this if you have rented anywhere I am sure that you have had a plethora of experiences. I know that we have. Some great, some not so great, and that typically comes down to management as most newer complexes are built fairly similarly. I can honestly say that I have never lived at a place where the management feels like they care or want to earn your business more than here. They are friendly, kind, and attentive to the needs of the tenants. As to the noise complaints and issues in other reviews. Most of our neighbors that we have met are families and noise has been a non issue. Would encourage you if you are looking into the space to come in and explore it vs. just leaning on the reviews here.

The apartments are beautiful, amenities are amazing, location is fantastic, but the people are AWFUL. I agree with the other poster. I have heard neighbors fighting with each other, music blasting, dogs barking ALL THE TIME. The fights are dangerous too. I fear for my safety. They parked a Franklin police car out back I am assuming to try to deter crime. I wish I could move.

These are the most disrespectful neighbors I’ve ever lived around. There have been screaming matches between neighbors on multiple occasions. People just leave their dogs barking on a patio for hours at a time. Apartments are beautiful and nice but the people ruin it for sure.

Neighbors are loud. Dogs are loud. Interstate is loud. I’ve never lived in an apartment this loud and I’ve lived in apartments my whole life. I tried playing music to quiet the noise and my neighbor told me she could hear it through her wall. I was playing it at half volume on my phone. The walls and windows are just not thick enough for me.

I live at Vintage Franklin apartments in Franklin, TN. I never write reviews I want to share on the incredible experience I have had since I moved in July. Casey is the property manager and he has absolutely made me feel extremely welcome during my short stay. Hayley and Zach are the leasing managers and I was able to get approval and move in within days on filling out my application and anything else I need. Corey is the maintenance manager, and I had a couple of requests, and he was able to take care of them within 30 minutes. Plus, he lives on site. The pool makes you feel like are at a resort and the lounge area has multiple private offices, couches, big screen tvs, pool table and a Starbucks coffee machine which is FREE. Also have a wine vending bar which is super cool. Thanks Vintage Franklin, I plan on living here for years to come. Mark
