i’m loving it so far! the people are very nice and super clean space! the staff is welcoming and helpful for move in date! i’m excited to see where this journey takes us!

We just moved in and we absolutely love it so far. The apartment is beautiful and we feel like we’re on vacation everyday being here. We feel so safe here on the property and welcomed!

There have been a few ups and downs with communication with management. And my neighbor is not always the quietest person after hours. But overall it's a nice place to stay.

Staff has been very welcoming and the moving process was fantastic. The complex is always clean and has great services available to tenants.

So far, my husband and I have loved living here. We have enjoyed the amenities offered, our dog has enjoyed the dog park and spa, and our toddler has enjoyed the playground. It has been a peaceful and enjoyable experience living here!

We’ve been here for four months and love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. The area is great for walking our dog, with well-maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this community!

The people who work here are great and as helpful as they can be. But many community features only work sporadically, and many other residents don't clean up their dogs' poop, making walking in the community unpleasant and unhealthy for other pet owners and pedestrians. Please provide more baggie stations for resident use, since personal responsibility and threats of fines have not been effective.

It’s a pleasant area close to everything you need especially for a family starting out. Schools, shopping centers and the highway are only minutes away. The staff is attentive as well ready to help with issues that may arise.

This is our second location through Vintage apartment complex. We renewed our lease for another year. That’s how much we truly appreciate living here. Any issues or concerns, management are on it.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Vintage Cleveland Apartments! The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities really stand out. The clubhouse is great place to hang out by the fire and play corn hole, and the dog park is perfect for my pup to run around and socialize. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any concerns. It truly feels like home here—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in Cleveland!

I have been a resident now for 15 months and getting ready to renew my lease. I LOVE living here…awesome neighbors and office staff which you won’t find any better, close to my family which is my heart and super close to grocery stores, restaurants and the interstate!! I can finally call this my home!!

I am so happy, living here at Vintage Cleveland! I have lived here for almost two years, and I plan to stay long term. Vintage Cleveland is conveniently located, near shopping, restaurants, healthcare, and I-75. My apartment is so nice and convenient, with spacious rooms, modern cabinets, a convenient laundry room, and much more. I love the beautiful view, from my patio and windows, and I can't stop talking about the gorgeous sunsets and views of the night sky! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, and they are readily available, when I have a need or question. The staff does a great job, maintaining the apartments and grounds. Also, I enjoy the amenities, including valet trash service, and the fun activities here. We have a great clubhouse and pool area. Plus, my neighbors are wonderful! If you are looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend Vintage Cleveland!

The apartments are very nice and the staff make vintage Cleveland a community! They are very responsive and take pride in hosting events. The amenities are also very nice.

I have lived here for over 7 months and have had no complaints. The staff is great and will help out in any way they can.The amenities are great and everyone is friendly. The apartments themselves are very well kept and spacious. Plus, they have good partners with the local restaurants with a food truck that comes almost every other week for an easy meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to live here in Cleveland.

Absolutely love living here! It’s only 5 mins from where I work so it makes everything so convenient. And being close to about everything in Cleveland without being right in Cleveland. Would recommend to anyone!

Staff are helpful when it is convenient for them. Could smell weed in my apartment from the renters below me. Nothing was done about it. Not a horrible place but would not renew my lease.

Our family has lived here for almost 2 years and we truly love everything this community has to offer! The apartment itself is beautiful and has good sound buffering (we never hear our neighbors) and the amenities are upscale and always in great condition. The staff here also is extremely communicative and kind with a clear concern for ensuring any issues are taken care of. I’m very happy we chose Vintage Cleveland !

I've been at Vintage Cleveland for nearly three months now, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! The apartment is bright and meticulously maintained, featuring modern finishes that create a fresh, contemporary atmosphere. The amenities are impressive, including a conveniently located 24-hour secure package receiving location, valet trash pickup five days a week, and on-site 24-hour trash disposal. The well-equipped fitness center and regular, free community events hosted by management add a welcoming touch, and there's even a food truck that pops up regularly. One of the best parts of living here is the short commute to the retail, dining, medical, and business options along Paul Huff Parkway, while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Although I won't be here long—since I have a new home being built—I’m truly grateful for the comfortable, convenient living experience during this transitional period!

Great amenities and great location. Maintenance staff is always ready to go. Nice events scheduled to include the residents. Easy ways to pay the rent.

Everything is super cool. Community is neat and clean.. previous space for living room and bathroom. Patio view is wonderful. Management team is awesome.

The front office is great to work with and the condition of the apartment when moving in was amazing. Haven’t had a chance to check out the amenities but they all seem really nice. There is a slight problem with our neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs and some residents leaving trash and cigarette butts all over the apartment complex. Considering this is such a big problem we find it odd there aren’t more trash cans and dog stations through your the apartment complex.

I have not been happy here. We still hear our upstairs neighbors and that should not happen in "luxury" apartments. I did give a star for all of the food trucks that they let set up here. I think that is a plus. These apartments are not for senior citizens like we thought. To have to rent the cabana at the pool is absolutely absurd.

What an amazing place to live!! Fun activities for the residents, great private gym and located close to everything! Can't wait until the weather is warm to enjoy the pool area! Staff here is so wonderful and friendly! Always making sure our experience is awesome! Maintenance guys are quick to be sure everything is right and routine maintence is done so it all looks great! Its always kept nice and clean. I feel spoiled with the trash pick up. Only thing i will say is i feel like the dog entrance can maybe use a concrete slab or something right at the gate it always gets so muddy because of the sprinklers . The staff is very professional knowledgeable and friendly

Love living here! Only thing I wish we had was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Other than that no complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Great apartments! Brand new appliances and living arrangements. The clubhouse facilities are good quality and provide quality living at a good price, Located in a developing area, it is easy to get anywhere in town.

The staff was very helpful and we enjoy the Balcony immensely! The amenities are very nice and they are easily accessible, any time of the day.

Leasing agents were amazing top tier customer service. I would refer anyone to vintage apartments in cleveland . A plus is that the community is very per friendly.

We moved in May 2024 from Illinois site unseen, had a wonderful experience with the staff prior to moving in was able to answer all our questions every time we called. We have enjoyed all the neighbors that we have met and all the amenities as well

i love living here! the people are great and it’s better than the other apartment complexes out there for sure! while there are always things that could be improved (which is anywhere you go), i am always seeing things getting done here! the vintage workers are HARD workers! plus they host super fun events where you can win prizes!

This is one of the best places I have ever lived. The staff is friendly and the community is beautiful. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because my building does not have enough parking. Often I have to park in guest parking over by the mail building because all of the spots are taken. Sometimes it is very frustrating.

The community here at Vintage is very clean and well-lit outside. I feel safe living here. The amenities are wonderful and always available for whatever your work hours may be.

I’m really happy with my experience. If there was one thing that I critique, it would be that they would take the valet trash, a little bit more seriously. They’ve been slacking on Trash recently.

the people here at vintage are nice but the neighbors around can be disruptive at times and everything is always so busy like the pool the fire pit you can never enjoy it
