Vintage at the Avenue Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living in this apartment. The amenities are beautiful and make the place feel truly luxurious. From the modern finishes to the shared spaces, it gives off a high-end vibe that I appreciate. It’s definitely a step up in terms of lifestyle and comfort. However, one downside is the noise especially from upstairs neighbors. I’m woken up almost every morning around 5 a.m. due to loud stomping. It honestly sounds like a circus some days. I try my best to be mindful by walking lightly and avoiding slamming doors or cabinets, but unfortunately, not everyone else does the same. The walls and ceilings don’t seem to block sound very well, and that takes away from the overall peaceful vibe I’d expect in a luxury apartment. All in all, I do like living here. But the constant noise, especially early in the morning, is frustrating. If I ever decide to move, that will probably be the reason why.

My experience at The Vintage has been nothing short of seamless. From the very beginning, the leasing process was simple, transparent, and stress-free. The staff was responsive and helpful, making sure all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Moving in was smooth and well-organized, and I immediately felt welcomed into the community. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations—it’s modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home right away. Everything from the amenities to the overall upkeep of the property reflects a high level of care and attention.

We love living here as the staff and neighbors are very nice! We do wish people would be held accountable for there trash as it can get bad in the hallway. We do wish the elevators were also maintained and do not fail ever day is what it seems like.

I love living at Vintage at the Avenue. The amenities are great. The staff is helpful and nice. The neighbors are friendly. I love being walking distance from so many restaurants and stores.

Everything has been great so far, we just moved in and we are loving the amenities. The coffee bar in the mornings has been awesome and our dog really loves the dog park!

I like the property overall. However, I have a very noisy tenant above me, and I wish we had an awning at the entrance to my building so I don't get wet when trying to enter when it's raining. The folks that manage the property are great!

Everything has been great here. The community here is amazing. Everyone I interact with has been extremely personable and helpful. The benefits of living here are like no other I’ve had before. You get tons of perks with dining, fitness, etc.

Allison was super during my whole experience from start to finish. I had a problem with my air conditioning my first week they came in fixed. They are even replacing my flooring due to glue being exposed and making it sticky.

I’ve been a resident less than a month and so far all has been good. I appreciated the responsiveness of maintenance in resolving move-in concerns and the hospitable welcome from Allison. The property is quiet and overall communication concerning the property has been good so far. I look forward to participating in resident events - a plus I believe will make this community even more enjoyable.

Still waiting on my garage to be fixed and the elevator is always out! People don’t like to clean up after their animals if the have an accident in the hallways or elevator. Other than that I don’t have any complaints!

My experience has been very good, the people in the office are friendly and approachable and they help you with anything they can. The building is clean.

Great place to live and rent. Great community and evident with the people that live here as well. Couldn’t think of a better place you have a pool a gym and great customer support

I’m loving it here! The amenities are great, staff is friendly, beautiful views. The location is perfect walking distance for shopping and restaurants. Excited for this New Mexican restaurant too!

I have lived here for 4 years. It has always been a great staff. It is a very safe neighborhood. I enjoy living here. Also, I have never had terrible neighbors.

Beautiful community, located close to everything. Easy move in process and request for service are quickly responded to. Lots of options for storage, garage or assigned parking.

Love being able to rent the bikes and also the ease of the online resident portal. The parking lot is usually clean and the location is prime .

Love my apartment but the walls are thin and you hear the noise of others. Sky deck people have the worst habit of dragging the chairs and running around which is very loud. Please keep the ducks out of the pool they are nasty and unsanitary.

The office staff is amazing. They are courtesy, knowledgeable and follow up to make sure I am satisfied. This location has a large workout gym that is kept clean. The complex is within minutes to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails.

Everything has been great so far! Me and my wife have enjoyed the roof top, and are about ready for the pool. Only downsides we’ve ran into so far is parking, and constant hallway smell, like weed or mildewed floors and sometimes sticky floor in elevator.

My experience here at Vintage at the Avenue has been nothing but amazing. From the kind friendly people in the front office to the residents in the community itself. Everyone has been super friendly and welcoming.

Love living here. All my issues have been promptly taken care of. Only thing I could say is I would like the ability to not have to pay for the trash fairy service. I can’t take my own trash out.

I have enjoyed living here so far. This apartment t has been quiet for the most part. Only thing I had an issue with is the elevator. It is very warm it inside and has an odd smell. But the staff is very help and I am enjoying loving here

I love living here. The apartments are so nice and spacious, it’s walking distance from a lot of businesses, the staff is great, the amenities and fitness center are really nice.

It’s really good people is nice and we love everything. We haven’t have a problem at all and we feel comfortable at any time of the day. We just love it!

Apartments very nice and great management. All of the amenities are great also. The gym is very spacious and usually not too busy and has everything you need to workout.

Everything’s been great! Moved in and neighbors have been sweet. The whole process has been super smooth and clear, and have had no problems finding my way around the building. Also love the rooftop it’s pretty neat.

I love it here! The apartment units are upscale and chic! I would definitely recommend this complex to others! It’s in a great area and close to so many fun things.

I like the community amenities and the office crew! The one major downside is that no one cleans up after their dogs outside. You have to watch where you’re walking in the parking lot just so you don’t step in dog poop on your way to your car.

I love Vintage at the Avenue! The gym is nice and I love the elevator. I appreciate the staff here and love my experience! Valet trash is so awesome. Rooftops are a big plus.

The moving in process seemed a bit rushed and we were never given a proper tour of our apartment or the complex. The washer was broken and the house reaked of cat urine, along with it generally being dirty, there have been multiple issues we've noticed like blinds being broken, mysterious stains on appliances and around the house. It really does not seem like they walked thru the apartment or anything before moving us in. A bit disappointed, but I guess you get what you paid for.

Spacious apartment with tall ceilings! Walking distance to the avenue (shopping and dining)! Amazing amenities and kind staff! We have had no issues living here!

The vintage at the avenue is a great place. It is super nice and everyone here is great. If i could recommend any where to live it would be here.

This complex is in a prime location - very close to I-24 and surrounded by many shops and restaurants in The Avenue. Very nice, clean, stylish apartments with great amenities.

This complex has changed so much since I first moved in three years ago. The office staff is top tier and they are wonderful agents. The company that took ownership from the initial owners charge ambiguous miscellaneous fees, have changed platforms to access tenant services, and have been slow to address repairs and maintenance to the building and such. The elevators are continuously out of service, and the insect issue this year has been too much to tolerate. Some of the tenants and wonderful neighbors, some are likely diagnosed as unbalanced in some form. I can say that the leasing manager and office staff was very helpful with issues that occurred in this area. I’m disappointed but, hopefully, they will get this and understand the points to address.

We love the community. Our neighbors are all very nice and there's little to no noise. The location is great and they continue to add more and more things to do and places to eat.

I just moved in and everyone is so nice and welcoming! Anything that is wrong, is immediately fixed and they are so pet friendly here, and they’re workout area is one of the nicest I have seen for an apartment. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Overall great community ! Only downside when you live here, is the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors above you and people walking past outside. Other than that, it’s a good place to live. In my opinion, one of the best Apartments in Murfreesboro in terms of layout, quality, and cost.

We absolutely love it here. The location is great. So much to do and you can walk to everything. The community is quite and the residents are so nice.
