Great, quiet apartment complex. Respectful and trustworthy neighbors. Maintenance is always timely. Great amenities and next to a little park. Convenient location with being next to the grocery store and interstate exit.

We have been exceptionally happy and pleased with living here at The Vintage. Apartments are modern and well designed and equipped with all appliances, including washer and dryer. The the grounds well maintained and beautiful. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, usually the same day. ALL the members are so friendly and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the Vintage!@

I love living here! It is clean and safe. I also love the constant communication from the sweet office staff, as well as the quick response from maintenance.

So far the last five months have been great. Our only issue has been parking, often having to park far away from our unit and the evening to late night noise.

I have loved living here. The maintenance is great, upkeep and amenities. The location is ideal for me personally but offers quick access to the interstate and short commutes to surrounding areas like fountain city or downtown Knoxville.

I was moving from a different state and the whole process from start to finish of signing lease and all documents needed was all done by email. The staff was amazing. The apartment looking great. All the amenities that are offered are wonderful.

I am going on one year here & love everything except the noise from the apartment above me. I have almost gotten used to it but not all the way. I love my apartment, the surroundings, the amenities & would recommend here to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BAD TO SAY!!! We are absolutely LOVING our stay! Everything and everyone is so nice! We are enjoying it, very comforting and I am happy to come home from a long day of work and be able to relax in such a wonderful place.

This is such a beautiful apartment! It’s well built spacious! Huge rooms! Washer dryer and balcony and dishwasher!! It’s incredible the walls are thick and it’s quiet!

The Vintage has been extremely welcoming to my fiancé and I. All the facilities here are well kept and all staff have been extremely kind. Our apartment has quickly became home to us!

I love living here! I feel so safe and I have so much fun using the amenities this place has to offer. I have never seen a nicer apartment complex.

I recently put in a request for maintenance in my apartment. Since it was just a burned out bathroom light bulb I put my request in as "low Priority". Maintenance was at my door 2 hours later!!! Imagine if I had put High Priority!! This is not a "one off". I have found that the maintenance crew is always fast to respond--not that I have needed to contact them very often over the 3 1/2 years that I have lived here. I am extremely happy to call Vintage at Emory Road my home--the office staff is very helpful with any questions I might have-the grounds are very well maintained--neighbors and their pets are always friendly. In short..5 stars from me!!!

Community is safe, apartments and complex is clean and well maintained. Management lets food trucks come and throws a party in the summer, fun place to be, a lot of great people live here too.

We’ve been in our apartment for almost two years now and are very happy with our decision to live there. We have a 6 month old and everything has been so easy with raising him there. We definitely recommend if you are looking at apartments to consider the Vintage at Emory

Staff is unbelievable and very accommodating. They even go above and beyond with facility upgrades. They have the right rules for a safe and enjoyable environment.

I love Vintage Emory Rd! It is like living at a resort. Lots to do & the surroundings are lovely. I highly recommend these to anyone.

The staff is fantastic. I love the layout of the apt. The grounds are well kept and we have great amenities. For the price I wish the appliances & features were more updated. The only real negative I've experienced is parking. Their tow company is extremely aggressive. They will often boot cars right after the cutoff which shows that the goal isn't to reduce guests from parking overnight but rather to make money. They also don't check license plates & boot anyone w/o a tag. While I understand this is likely the easiest way for them to identify which cars to boot, the tag is small/flimsy and doesn't fit securely when hung from the rearview mirror. I was booted b/c the tag fell off my mirror & despite establishing that I lived here they wouldn't remove the boot. I had to pay $75 for parking at my own apt. When escalated to apt management they stated they couldn't help. Again this makes it clear their goal is to make money & not to prevent guests from taking up spots from residents.

Everything thus far has been amazing! The staff, and the amenities have been superb. Love the location of the apartments, I feel very safe being by myself at home!

So far everything has been great! Move in was smooth though kinda crazy, parking is hit or miss near your apartment, but overall we really love our new place.

I love living at The Vintage. Many people I have met have become very good friends and are like family to me. The amenities are something I use often; the pool and gym are my two favorite spots to frequent.

It's a great place to live. I enjoy using a clubhouse and the pool deck and meeting friends. There's a real sense of community here. Office is always quick to respond if there are maintenance needs and a job is always done correctly.
