Musser Park’s walkable access to Downtown Lancaster is part of its allure, as well as its scenic park, which provides a natural reprieve from the bustling downtown atmosphere that surrounds it. Many residents enjoy short commute times into the heart of Lancaster, Lancaster General Hospital, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, and Franklin and Marshall College.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vinoy
They told us to apply, however they informed us an applicant who viewed after we applied got the unit before we were even asked if we wanted to move in right away. Poor communication and business practices, they could’ve saved us $60 in application fees if they told us to wait to apply until after the other person made their decision
Property Manager at Vinoy, Responded To This Review
I apologize, as there must have been some miscommunication throughout the process. We are usually very transparent with people when it comes to other interested applicants. Typically we recommend that people apply after they have seen the unit to avoid this issue. If we receive multiple applications at one time, the unit is given to the most qualified applicant with the soonest move in date. I believe we were transparent that we were looking for a tenant to move in asap, and that decision was made based on the information we were given. We hope you find what you are looking are looking for in the near future.
