I have lived in this complex for over a year and I really enjoy the location and the apartment set up. The apartment is full of updated appliances, good sized bed rooms and living room, with a modern look.
My experience at The Lofts has been amazing. The community events are great and have allowed me to meet other residents. I live close to the pool and work from home so I was concerned about the noise, our Community Officers and staff don’t play at 10pm it’s QUIET TIME! My only complaint would be I want free guest parking. Even if they partnered with the parking garage on the corner.

I love this apartment complex it is phenomenal everything from the amazing staff, residents, events put on by staff. It truly is a community and you should definitely pull the trigger if you’re considering won’t regret!

I have been living here for a little over 2 years and do not have many complaints. Maintenance and staff are incredible, specifically those who maintain the common areas for residents.

I’ve been living here for about 3.5 months now and it’s been a great experience thus far. I love how friendly the leasing office and diligent they are with answering questions/any issues. The building is kept clean and my neighbors are friendly and care for the property.

I saw a two bedroom two bath and it was breathtaking! I love the floorplan and the spacious of the apartment. It comes with an island that’s amazing for the kitchen. The amenities are the best! 24 hour gym, nice lake view and relaxing pool area!

I've had a great experience so far.. I have lived here a year and re signed my lease for another year.. Grounds are landscaped. 2 restaurants down stairs.. plus a hair salon . Great pool.. Office and maintenance staff are AMAZING. They also host a themed party a month wth the residents.. gym is nice. Safe mailroom . Secure building and clean common areas.. ALL of neighbors are awesome as well.. Maybe I've just been lucky but I would recommend this community to anyone. All of my guests love it and want a tour.. lol There's also a little track that goes around a small pond that's really nice. And the dog park is well maintained too.. The community is very diverse.. I think that's the best part..

the fire alarms have been the biggest problem since I have lived here. I also had noise offenders who lived above me - day in and out all times of day and night - NOISE
Office staff does not respond to emails, there’s a new restaurant downstairs that gets priority parking everyday so the visitors of residents have barely any parking, we were without gas once for weeks with no compensation from management, the gate is always broken, if your apartment faces the service entrance be prepared for things to always be noisy, elevators work sometimes, when the wind blows you can hear pipes rattling in certain apartments, walls are paper thin, management does not care about complaints, the exit and entrance are often blocked by tow trucks and traffic from the valet service for the restaurant downstairs, there is no courtesy officer or no way to contact anyone for emergency issues after hours, trash chute is clogged most of the time causing the hall to smell like garbage, it looks very pretty and the amenities are nice but actually living here is a nightmare.

We hate that you are not having a pleasant personal experience. We strive to offer a superb experience for all residents and customers. Vinings Lofts has so much to offer including a variety of floorplans AND two restaurants onsite for your convenience. We do understand that the amenities and services we offer bring much traffic. So, our residents expect there to be some activity in certain common areas. That is why we have one level of parking dedicated to retail and visitors and two levels just for residents. In addition, all property issues are addressed in a timely manner. The team sends communication through multiple forms or communication including community-wide emails or personalized text messages. If you are not receiving communication, please contact the leasing office and we will make sure to update your contact information to ensure that you are receiving pertinent information in a timely fashion. In addition, we will be happy to share the information to the onsite and after-hours personnel in the event that you have any property-related emergencies. Please contact us via phone at 678-374-4069 or email at vinings@simpsonhousing.com . You may also stop by the leasing office during business hours to retrieve that information. We would love to assist.
This is a lovely community, well maintained Loved the amenities. Loved all of the little comfort touches in the hallways. Loved having a responsive staff and having the rental office on location. I would lease there again, as well as refer friends and family.
The grounds & amenities are beautiful, but they aren't all operable. 2nd floor TVs work sporadically. Staff seems to be more caring & they followup more. Also - Management focuses on brining tenants together.
It's a very nice place to live. I love the security and the office personal is indeed the best.
The complex is clean, I feel safe, the lobby smells MAGNIFICENT (where did you get that scent?!! :)) My apartment is spacious, modern and new. I LOVE IT
What' not to love? I love the modern design and quiet environment. I love that you have art in the common areas and everything is kept clean. On top of all that, the scent diffused in the common areas is very welcoming soothing and fresh!

It's a great apartment community. My only complaint are the neighbors above me and the constant stomping.
...then for the love of God don’t move here!!! Fire alarm goes off at least once a day, usually in the middle of the night or early in the morning. You can hear everything your neighbor thinks. There is endless construction, yet everything in the apartment is super cheap and hastily finished. Just don’t do it. There are so many other options.
