The city is a popular shopping destination, specifically the enormous Ontario Mills shopping mall. Next door to Ontario Mills, Citizens Business Bank Arena plays host to concerts and sporting events throughout the year, regularly drawing crowds of up to 11,000 people. My service request was not completed. The maintenance representative was very unprofessional and rude. The vent in the master bedroom is extremely loud and the company is refusing to replace it. People smoke marijuana and the community is always smelling like marijuana Also, they apartment wasn’t cleaned when I moved in Paint was sloppy and plastered all over places. I can go on forever The only good thing was my leasing agent ASHANTI. She is amazing.

Would I recommend I Have not even moved in yet and I’m ready to move out get out of the lease Don’t be fooled by the outside looking nice even though it has a little bloopers too, but the inside is very cheap material not clean supposed to be brand new pain all over the floor dusty Dirt all in the cracks of the bathroom floor. They said they cleaned it and asked the manager can they try one more time he tells me his apartment has paint on the floor not good way to star not on already awful. I can imagine if I had a problem later on what would happen
Interacting with office staff has been a frustrating experience through and through. Disorganized and incompetent as a whole. Be prepared to get the run around and hear excuses upon excuses as to why any particular issue cannot be resolved then and there. One day it's because the manager is not available and another day they say they will look into it and follow-up with either an email or call back. And of course no response after waiting 4+ weeks. Even after trying to reach out to the office through 5+ phone calls and emails later.. no follow-up. Sure shows how much management cares about residents after the lease contract is signed. Make sure you read all the reviews (both good and bad) before you consider renting here. You've been warned.

staff is nice and the facilities are new. security is good. my apartment smells like cigarette smoke because my neighbors smoke. if you have verizon there is no cell tower so service is horrible. no wifi in the gym. you can only have 1-2 guests in the game room so you can't use it if you have more than 2 friends. hourly limits on most amenities and some you can't even use unless you pay a ridiculous hourly fee. i could go on about the random noises at night and early morning. currently(2am) there is music being blasted and nothing being done about it. just avoid this place, it's not worth the rent.

However, I sincerely apologize for the concerns you've raised. We’ll place a ticket for the wifi in the gym as we do provide the service. We will have a tech take a look as soon as possible. All amenity usage is free, the only time you would be required to pay an affordable small fee is if you are making a private event reservation. Otherwise, it's FREE. I’d also like to address the noise issue, especially the late-night disturbances, which we take seriously. Please know that we will work with courtesy patrol to better manage these incidents. I understand your frustrations, and I’d be happy to discuss any of these issues further to find solutions that work for you.
