Vine at Panorama is great! The leasing team and maintenance team are very responsive and helpful. I am thankful for Channing as she is the best. I feel terrible because I’m always sending emails but she assures it’s all okay and listens which I appreciate entirely. There’s not big storage spaces like in some apartments but the extra cabinet space does make up for it. I also enjoy the modern feel of everything as well. The quietness of the area is great for my family also. We truly feel safe in our home!

We love the unit and location of the unit. With close proximity to Sprouts, Whole Foods and two high ways it couldn't be better. They really went all out on this unit design. The floors are stunning. The cabinets are two toned (white on top, dark brown on bottom) and although there's no extra storage in the building there is plenty of space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The appliances are high end and it comes with a full size washer/dryer in unit. The only missed opportunity is in the bathroom. The shower is not tile it's plastic and the bathtub is only 54" x 30" not your standard 60" x 30" which you don't notice during a 20 minute tour. I love that there's bike storage on each floor. I have yet to see the gym as it wasn't part of my tour but the garage is in close proximity. Maintenance has been great getting my brand new water heater to work properly but they won't take off my walk-in closet door which is frustrating because it really gets in the way. You have to squeeze in to get to the back of the closet. Other than that we love Channing and Nick and the property.
