Security issues at Villea, beware

My neighbor's car window was smashed to pieces and broken into overnight while parked in assigned spot. She had to pay for all repairs. Beware of security issues here. Also quite a few problems upon move-in with water flow, poor construction and other maintenance, but staff has mostly resolved promptly. It's expensive but you do have a garage with each unit.
