We had to move out of our previous townhome of 4 years relatively quickly and the process of moving into Villas of Torino was very pleasant. All the people have been helpful and courteous, very informative and patient of all the questions we had and the neighborhood is great. They also moved quickly once the process started which was important for us having a tight deadline to move out of our old place.

Leasing process was pretty easy. Community is beautiful and maintenance is always around to help. Property is well manicured. As we are by a preserve there are critters you must spray your perimeter for.
