A lot of my friends that I’ve known for 10 years have left because of the cost of living here. I don’t like having to deal with someone as a neighbor that feeds the ducks all the time in front of my window, not liking that. I’ve reported it and it just keeps going on. It also makes it not safe for dogs when they’re walking with all of the poop all over the ground.

I moved in almost a month ago and I love my home. The ladies in the office all followed up with me before and after my move, great communication and make sure everything was done before i came in to pick up my pin for me to move in since its keyless here. Maintenance are amazing and very respectfully and follow up. Its a breathe of fresh air knowing there is a great team here when I though i was out of luck. Highly recommend.

I keep to myself. People seem nice, but few in my area put their trash receptacles away. It's maddening, I do love my privacy.! The staff is great, kind, and friendly, I do not take advantage of the amenities because I always work. It is the only place that has it's own garage, but few seem to use it.

I moved here about 18 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean. The amenities are great, including a modern gym, a swimming pool, and a cozy clubhouse The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help with any issues or questions. What can i say more, other than I love it here. Its tucked away, so quiet, everyone is so sweet, great walking trail around the community, the property is so well kept and beautiful when you come in. Its so quiet and everyone is respectful of others. I lovew it because I can walk my dog in the neighborhood and not have to worrie who is inside. The office staffs Jia, Gisselle and Jill are just amazing, they are thorough, takes their time to help you in any possible way they can. The best property team I have ever meet in my 57 years of living.

I love the ladies in the office, they are the best. All three are so genuine and their willingness to help is amazing. there isn't alot of communities where they care, but they do! Maintenance are amazing and on top of everything, the landscape here is beautiful and kept well. I love my home so much! I highly recommend it here.

Villas D'Este has been our home since 2019 and what an amazing place to call home. The management team Jia, Jill & Gisselle are amazing. They truly care about our community and there residents. I only have good things to say, particularly about the staff in the leasing office. Everyone there has been terrific only complain air-conditioning noise.
Had a very smooth moving process. All the staff in the leasing office are amazing and super nice. They’re very on top of everything. When you request for maintenance they come as soon as possible. I think i’m really going to enjoy living here :))

Excellent property. I've lived here for 10 years. Very good option for those looking for longer term homes without wanting the hassle of taxes and upkeep. Nicer than most hoa communities out there. Feels like a manicured, ownership neighborhood. Highly recommend.
Love where i live. People are so nice, office staffs are amazing along with maintenance. Very well maintenance. Neighbors are respectful, very quiet, and gates actually works (previous community gates were always open)

I’ve only been here for two days, but so far everything is great
Love living here. It's now 13 yrs & this is my forever home. I love my neighbors. The girls in the office sre the sweetest , nicest. They go beyond to help. Victor is the bestest maintenance man there is. The community is kept up & clean. It's safe. It's close to the malls & downtown Delray where we have teriffic restaurants & shops. We also have a beach that was voted #1. What more can you ask for

Hoping to be a resident here soon. My lease doesn't end until Sept but I am keeping my eye out for something. I came here to tour two months ago and spoke with Jill. I still get follow ups by the ladies in the office (Most recently by Jia) Both ladies are so sweet and kind. The community and common space are so well kept, the entrance is beautiful and it just feels like home. Everyone walking their dogs are so friendly, everyone waves. There is a walking trail where i saw everyone walk, I just cant wait to move in.

I have lived here for about 5 years now. This is the perfect spot! Location, staff, pool. Everything is very convenient and the facility is always in great shape. I would highly recommend
I love the quiet, friendly atmosphere. Living across from the dog park is so convenient. Every service request I have submitted has been attended to promptly.

Love ling here. Since management changed , it's been absolutely great. The maintenance guys , especially Victor is the best. People who live here are nice close to the malls, Downtown Shops, Restaurants & beach
I love my home. The whole entire staff here has been amazing from Gia, Gill, Gissele, Victor, John and Pedro. I have lived here for 5 years and by far the best time here! Landscaping is beautiful, very well kept, community is beautiful. Super close to everything.
