This is not a community that is cared for at all. There is absolutely no way for us as residents to get our concerns addressed at all and we watch our property fall farther into disrepair by the day along with our amenities….This is NOT the place to rent

Tesota four hills has decent priced apartments but poor management, terrible amenities, and lack of care for its residents.

Tesota Four Hills is a fairly priced community in Albuquerque, NM, offering a good value for what you get. The utilities are affordable, despite there being many. The pools are a great feature, though they can occasionally be closed due to other residents' actions. Most residents are friendly, and it's pleasant to see children playing outside safely. However, homelessness remains an issue, partly because the gate is frequently left open. Overall, it’s a decent place to live with some room for improvement. Communication can also be improved greatly on the management and maintenance side.

This apartment complex is terrible. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. My building had no hot water for a month and the office staff seemed in no hurry to fix it.

I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My building has not had hot water for 3 weeks and management doesn’t even have any information on when it will be fixed. My door lock was broken when I moved in and it took them over a week to fix that. The building are in poor condition and the apartment complex does not bother to fix issues.

Tesota 4 Hills is nicely maintained. You're guaranteed helpful leasing agents looking out for your well being while living at said complex. It's centrally located to public transportation, grocery stores, and gas stations. It's a gated community, so that can give you a little peace of mind.

So I’ve lived here for 5 months for the first 4 I didn’t have heat or air conditioning. My mailbox just got fixed even though it was broken since I moved in. Then even though I told them my living room ceiling was sagging they did nothing until it cracked open allowing water to damage my possessions which they won’t compensate me for. Then they claimed it was “structurally stable” but it caved in less than 12 hours later. When it fell it revealed extensive black mold. They had to take out my entire living rooms ceiling because they kept finding more. Now they’re covering it up with new insulation and drywall without actually treating the mold. But that just means that they next tenant is going to live in an unsafe apartment. They also tried to evict me when I withheld rent to try to get them to make repairs and then when that didn’t work they tried to say I owed them the full amount even though they didn’t fix all the issues I told them about on a legal form.

There’s mold growing , things are broken , the maintenance takes forever to fix things in the apartments . They don’t renew leases .

I've lived at these apartments for 2 1/2 years & I've seen it change owners & the property managers come & go but the new property manager Stacy Price is absolutely the best manager they have ever had. She is extremely nice & takes every maintenance request seriously. I have finally been able to get things fixed in my apartment that went ignored by previous managers & staff. Chris, the maintenance man, is always helpful & is willing to explain the problem & solution to me & how to avoid complications in the future. This place is turning around for the better. Thank you so much Stacy & Chris for making Tesota a place I enjoy living at & would continue to stay at in the future.

Can't get anyone from office to fix anything ,2 years in ,Lease. Broken windows, people sleeping in stairwells, safety issues. Mold in shower ,water leak from upstairs apartment. Called Corporate office. Still no results
Nothing works nor the air cools the drawer doors and everything breaks easily the parking lot is fatal the security is terrible the administration is not good the pool will not be there there is a lot of disorder in the outside areas there are many animals I really do not recommend this place … ..
Living here since November, the apartment that was newly remodeled has mold in the shower, missing covers in the shower, no working A/C, windows don’t open & leak/rattle bathtub took months for US to fix the drain, had ants before we fully moved in Office was no help at all 2/10
Lived here four 3+years, management changes every 6 months. haven't had a work order completed in 3 years, haven't had a working number or email for the office in over a year. Office is almost never open.
