I have lived at the Villas for almost 4 years. The location is convenient to shopping, schools and freeway access. There is a park 2 blocks away with a playground and splash pad and plenty of room to fly my kites. If you are looking for a place to live, put the Villas at the top of your list.

One Star. Keep looking, I know housing is tight but everyone hates living here after the first 6 months. The pet deposit and monthly charges are high, and not transferable if you relocate WITHIN the complex.

Villas at Tullamore is a friendly community where neighbors talk to neighbors and the staff treats you as though you matter personally to them. I love living here. It's a safe community. I feel like I could leave my door unlocked if I wanted to. The apartments are clean and modern. The workout room is a bonus that I use often. Overall, I'm very happy here.

The local area has experienced rapid growth with numerous families waiting for their home to be built or finished. Supply and demand mean a take it or leave attitude. from management. My rent was raised over 20% in one jump to reflect market rates, it was like adding another car payment to my budget.

Villas at Tullamore is a nice complex to live in. The apartment itself all looks very new and well taken care of, with all the major appliances included. Comes with a garage and assigned parking which is nice compared to other apartments Ive lived in. Very pet friendly and in a nice safe area.

I really like how easy they have made it to get to know your neighbors and feel like Youre a part of the community. I also like the area that the apartments are in (just far enough out to be quiet and walkable but still have amenities close).

From the moment we called to schedule a tour and after we toured the apartment, Samantha was amazing at answering all the questions we had. She responded quickly (even on weekends) and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed before deciding on making Villas at Tullamore our home. The apartments are beautiful and very clean! They are also spacious and have high ceilings, so the rooms feel even bigger than they are. I also love that the complex offers a gym that has more than just an elliptical and treadmill, and it even has a fun barbecue and pool area. I've loved how welcoming the staff is and feel like I made the right choice in choosing this apartment complex above others in the area!
