Tony is 5- Star!

I’ve been living at the Villas for about four years, and overall it has been a pleasant experience. One of the highlights, however, has been working with Tony in the leasing office. During a very difficult time in my life, Tony was incredibly supportive, caring, kind, and accommodating. He always greets me with a warm smile and genuine respect, which I truly appreciate. His positivity and joyful spirit make every interaction a pleasure. Tony is a wonderful addition to the company and has made my experience at the Villas even better.

Great place to live

This is a nice place to live. I have been here for a year now and its been good. I live in the second floor and I don’t often hear the top neighbors. The amenities is good and location is great. Parking in the evening sucks and the trash cans can get overloaded over the weekend. Maintenance is pretty good at taking care of anything that needs fixing. I’ve had a washer and fridge replaced when they couldn’t fix the issue.overall a great place to live

THINGS DECLINED ONCE MANAGEMENT CHANGED

I loved living here until the front office was replaced late 2017 and every single neighbor in my building moved out and new ones moved in. My old neighbors were considerate, respectful, and friendly. New neighbors were the complete opposite. And not only that, the new neighbors made me question whether or not management were screening them. It was as if management wanted to give young people “a chance” therefore they’d rent to them out of desperation to fill apartments. Actually, I was never surprised to see eviction notices on doors, which I have. This place used to be so nice to live in but now it’s a huge college campus all thanks to the front office and their choices.

Noise insulation sucks

Do not get a floor with somebody above you. The noise insulation sucks! I can hear my loud noisy neighbors every step. I'm completely shocked how loud it is, the only peace and quiet I get is when the upstairs neighbor is not home.

horrible new company running the apartments

these used to be run by AMLI now its angelica, it changed about a month ago, now after making first month payments they already trying to add fees to the payments for trash and sewer from april and may even though those are paid with the rent at the end of the month. they have been here less than a month and they are already trying to ripoff the residents.
