Very nice apartments. Nice landscaping. Great location. Good walkability. Staff representative, Fernando was so helpful in answering my questions.
I have been living here for almost 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience for my family. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
This is our 5th year in the apartment. We moved from the old apt to the newly renovated ones. I must say the quality of work done at the new apt is very poor. We have had to call maintenance almost every month because of the poor quality of cabinets to other amenities in the apt which we rarely did in our old apt that we lived for 3years. Also the gym area lacks basic items like paper towels and sanitizers, and sometimes unkempt. Please look into this area. Overall the Staff are doing their best and some are really amazing.
I always recommend The Villa's as a place to live as I feel it is a beautiful, clean little community and a very safe place to live. The maintenance staff is always prompt and helpful.

I have already recommended friends move here. The safety that McKinney offers along with the proximity to shopping, medical services, and, the highway make this an ideal community.
It is in a great location, close to everything. I wish the gate would work all the time.
I appreciated the rapid response and the compliance with my request to have the maintenance done when I was home. Also that mask guidelines were followed so I felt safe.

My entire experience here has been a positive one on many levels and I think that is the biggest reason I would recommend the community as a place to live.
I loved my apartment and felt safe and secure. I appreciated the trash removal service and it helped kept the area beautiful and clean.
Overall the apartment meets expectations with a few blindspots. Mostly the enforcement of noise levels at the pool after 10pm and rare days that trash pickup does not occur.
If I were to recommend these apartments to someone I would make them aware that the bath tub has been painted
It' a quiet and peaceful complex in a great location.
Good amenities but utilities were very high considering our usage.

I have been at the Villa's since September 2009 and I love living here and I would tell the World to come and live here the problem is the rent,its getting higher and higher.

I would recommend this apartment community... it' a beautiful site. I enjoy watching the ducks and hearing the fountain right outside on my balcony!
I feel very safe here. It is a very quiet community. If there is an issues, it is handled very quickly and appropriately.
The area is safe and convenient. The rent I pay here is lower than rental rates at other complexes in the area.
I would and have! It's a great community great location. Please don't raise the rent I would really like to stay here for the foreseeable future!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The staff was very very irresponsibility and unprofessional!!!!! And they have imparity clause for move out! Our new house is closing on the end of August and we planed move out on September but pay for October (cause our lease is ending on Oct) ,we noticed the staff and they told me we must tell them 60days before! And I must pay for one more month!Thats sucks! I couldn’t do that cause my baby due date is also on October. I lived here about 3 years , the imparity clause and rude staff really made me sad! These apartments are VERY old and rundown. They have not made any updates to the interior. The carpet is light colored and dirty

We have only lived here less than 6 months but have enjoyed every day. This is a quiet complex, your maintenance request are taken care of immediately, everyone in the office is professional and helpful and last but not least I feel completely safe here. I work in new home sales and will recommend the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch every change I get. Thank you.

I still the community - and I understand that maintenance can take a little time - I'm not concerned about the locks being done quickly. I am alone so handwashing dishes is not a big deal but the dishwasher issue could be big for some one who cooks frequently and standing water will smell after a while. It will be there a week on Saturday.
Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful...the office/leasing staff and the residents I have met. So glad I'm here!
The only issue I had was with the office staff, Aaron, he didn't seem like he wanted to assist and and pushed me off to Coserv at first, after telling him what they had said, he told me he would get someone out there "hopefully" within that day. He never submitted the request, I had to call back in after an hour of waiting. And good thing I did since it was a pretty big issue. Thank you to the girl that answered the 2nd time who actually text the maintenance personnel.
While I decided to choose a location closer to my work, my Mother really loved the property and is very interested in renting here and I forwarded the property information to my sister who will be coming out to see the property as well.
The apartment is nice and cozy,;the community is very pretty, and the staff always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also it was one of the nicest apartments in McKinney and also one of the cheapest.
Amenities- pool is small; business center is limited; offer family friends things in clubhouse room (its sparse). Also tell prospects what activities you have going on as a community.
The soundproofing in the floors is nonexistent. HORRID in fact!
Staff is great and complex is in a great area.
The management and maintenance staff make every effort to quickly resolve issues as they are discovered. In speaking to my friends who live in other complexes I found they sometimes have to wait a week or more to get issues resolved.
I recommended it to several friends but warned them about the wording of contract and addendums and hidden fees.
Unavoidable things happen.....would never let that affect my feelings about Villas. Issue was completely understandable. And it was handled. What more can I (or anyone) ask or expect??
The staff are not accomodating and understanding to the needs of the tenant. They are not attentive to customers/tenants.

Rent is too high for the age of the complex and you continue to have the ridiculous valet garbage service which is too expensive and with no choice of opting out. The lack of available parking is just awful.
The maintenance man is wonderful however I'm still afraid of the toilet.
I have lived in several other apartment communities and this was by far the best experience in apartment living!
I seriously feel like I live in a charming cottage-like HOUSE when I am in my apartment. I seriously could not love it more.
The location/school zone and the office staff are phenomenal!
