I Love living here. It’s the best place in Jacksonville. It’s home and Stephanie and the whole crew are awesome. The maintenance crew are the best at doing what they do. This is a great place to live. Secluded, quiet, well-managed at the front office and well-maintained by the technical staff.. Not much else to ask for.

I love the space, my neighbors and how quiet it really is here. The staff and maintenance crew are good about helping and getting things done. I'm glad I moved here as its quick access to Southside and Town center, yet not not on the busy southside blvd road.

3.5, communication isn’t the greatest between office, as well as with the maintenance, the apartment complex needs to be cleaned, doors repainted etc

Living here has been great. I’ve been here for 1 1/2 now and I don’t have much to complain about. It’s a very quiet area, easy to use amenities , and quietness in the apartment. All the neighbors that I have seen are respectful. Staff is quick on things which is always a plus

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. Stephanie and team are wonderful, helpful, caring, and make living at the villas safe and comfortable. Living on the first floor has been quite. It is a great place for all ages and it is safe living here. It’s like you have your own private oasis inside your apartment are newly renovated living spaces modern and functional. There’s not covered parking, but your car is very safe The area is secluded. There are two clean pools and a small gym and two recreational areas along with a jungle gym for kids. The apartments are pet friendly and have a lot of area to walk dogs even a dog park across the street from our Lil oasis. The surroundings are gorgeous and your neighbors are quiet. I highly recommend moving here. Close to many restaurants and shopping and a ten min drive to the beach. Easy access to both 95 and 295 freeways.

The staff here are phenomenal and the residents are so kind and quiet. This place is so secluded. The only issue I have is they do not spend enough on amenities. The gym is ridiculously small and the club house has barley any entertainment

Just moved in already feels at home minor problem but maintenance is fast and friendly and the office team is great really feels like home beautiful community will refer a friend or three lol

Movers made everything go so smoothly and everything fit perfectly in my new place. I love everything about my new place. It’s nice and quiet and my neighbors are amazing.

My lease is up it soon i did like it here there are some stuff we can keep improving other then that it’s been nice leaving here the people are nice and welcoming

Very clean, community is usually quiet in a good way, so many community activities. They have a lot to do here for everyone, the kids play ground, pools, for the adults there is a 24hr gym and they also have a dog park!

I just moved into a one bedroom one bath apartment. The community manager was extremely helpful during the application process and the viewing of the apartment. The apartments are very nice and fit my needs perfectly and the community itself is very quiet and nice with a foresty vibe that I really like. I'm happy to have selected The Villas at St Johns for my apartment.

Hate the ducks and poop from them and community pets but other than that there are several pros Nice pools and gym is small but a gem in my opinion

I love living here. It really feels like home. I enjoy taking walks around the property and watching the turtles and the different type of birds that come to the ponds.

The community is quiet and clean, staff and neighbors are friendly, haven’t had much maintenance issues but I have they are quick to fix the issue. Conveniently close to a lot of shops yet away enough for peace and quiet.

I am so glad that I moved here. The staff is incredible. I love that they have special events for the residents and sometimes they even hand out breakfast treats on holidays in appreciation of the residents. I have such a wonderful view and all of the amenities are very helpful. It has just been an awesome experience. So much so that I just renewed my lease. I'm very glad to be truly home.

Quiet neighborhood. Maintenance calls are responded to quickly. Nice size apartments. The grounds are well maintained. The area is convenient to a lot of places.

I have lived in this complex since 2010, under different names and managements. The reason I stay is because of the location which is centrally located to everything in JAX. I also like the grounds with the ponds and the fountains which attract waterfowl of all kinds. Maybe I have been fortunate, but the management, both prior and current, has been excellent - really nice people who are responsive to my needs as they arise. I moved here from the Northeast sight-unseen - and got lucky!

I LOVE IT HERE! Other than the pool area needing more frequent maintenance this place is awesome! Love the community and leasing team. They always have fun events planned.

Just moved in and so far I LoVe It. The neighborhood is set back from the main road and that makes it quite ans tranquil. My apartment is large and beautiful with the sunroof, balcony and bonus room. I really can't wait to finish unpacking and enjoy all this place has to offer.

Matthew has been absolutely amazing—he’s helpful, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make the moving process smooth. I’m excited to call this place home!

Nice quiet surroundings. Lot's of mature trees. Updated interior and very clean. Lot's of pets that are well behaved. Easy road access to many areas.

Fantastic management. Quick response from Mathew for application. Maintenance was quick. The community is wonderful. We moved from Washington state and Mathew was very efficient in showing us the apartment. He talked to the point no nonsense. The application process was simple too.

I am so grateful that I found this apartment. I just moved a week ago and office persons are so helpful and application process is so easy and fast which made my moving easy. And management is also great they fix my prob in a single day. Community gives very homely vibes.

So far so good! Stephanie has been really on it and is very accommodating when you talk to her and just tell her. She handles her business and makes sure you are okay.

Staff (Esther and Matthew) was amazing with getting me set up in my new apartment. I moved in on Feb 1st and so far I love everything about my apartment.

Lovely location, quiet and peaceful. Spacious living space with plenty of natural light. Away from the crowds but just a short drive to everything. They also recycle which is great.

I love living here! The staff cares and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Great neighbors, a friendly neighborhood. I love being 30 minutes (at most) to the beach or the west side. Only 15 minutes to town center. I moved from out of state and made a great choice!

It is a very Great atmosphere and quick response to concerns and questions very clean and quiet neighborhood would definitely recommend to anyone who asks

A few upgrades to the shower faucet, shower heads and shower curtain rod. Needs a little updating. The grounds are nice. Wry recent resident so have t had much living experience here.

Once we moved it I loved how clean it was. Maintenance came the day after to check the stove which shows they stay on top of things. The office does their job quickly!

Great apartment just needs more lighting outside and more activities. Also I would like to recommend getting a pool cover so when residents want to go to the pool it’s not dirty.

i think this is a good place to live. good neighborhood, quick maintenance, good price for the space. our unit feels a bit old and dated but it is not one of the renovated ones so that’s understandable

Overall, the building supposed to be renovated, but I don’t think they’re renovated. It’s a lot of old product in the apartment. I’m not happy with the prices for the price. They’re not that many upgrades and we’re paying money like we stay in Luxury apartments when it’s not.

Great community with nice neighbors and generally pretty quiet, the office and maintenance staff have changed out but overall pretty good and quick to answer service calls

I love the apartment complex, very quiet neighborhood! Apartments are beyond nice and spacious. The townhomes are bigger than the regular apartments. Come out and apply.

Great environment for the family not to mention the amenities. Love the activities that are scheduled and you can count on great customer service at all times.

I love living at the Villas at St. John. I’ve recently gone through a rough patch of unemployment and the leasing office has been so helpful and patient with me. That is a blessing and the definition of luxury. Nice, comfy and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you Villas at St. John. I love you all!

I really like living at Villas at St. Johns. The grounds are so pleasant, with the ponds and the fountains which attract all sorts of waterfowl. The buildings, which were built in 1989, are well-separated, which gives the place a suburban look, as opposed to new multi-level construction in the area which goes up to five floors. Further, the property is located well off the main roads in the area, which means that life here is quiet. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the property manager, Stephanie and her staff are very kind and professional. The place runs like a top! I am a long-term tenant and likely to remain so.
