You’ll find a distillation of Venice Beach in the street performers, bodybuilders, and beach-goers that congregate at its namesake Beach and Boardwalk. Property Ratings at Villas at Kentwood
The management has been awful here, starting off with our move in, where we found water damage and a leaking dishwasher, to which our management responded by claiming it was fine when they visited the house last. We have been contacting them about safety issues regarding a door that does not lock properly, which was also ignored. Managers are never easy to get a hold of and are consistently rude despite not doing their jobs. My advice: pick any other place to live, save your money and sanity
2+ years living at Kentwood- quiet, safe and good neighbors. We really like how the property is managed- well kept plants, lawn and walkways.

I was looking for a community a bit closer to work (West LA) and found The Villas and Matthew the property manager. He helped us through the rental process despite me having to push back the move-in date because of a traveling responsibility. We couldn't be happier. Our apartment is very spacious...I think around 1400 sq. ft. My wife LOVES the kitchen and bathrooms - and that makes me happy! Private rooftop patio is a nice touch and the hardwood made us fall in love. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable community.
