The neighborhood is very neat. The homes are very spacious. And the area is very quiet. My type of place. There are Plenty of amenities to engage in. I only wish the parking was a bit better. If you have multiple vehicles parking can be a bit crowded.

Management will not put an end to our neighbors smoking weed and making our house smell like weed when they hotbox their house/garage. Absolutely horrible management.

The apartments are super nice and management is great. Quiet neighborhood and great amenities in an area that is sure to keep growing! Only downside is that parking isn’t great, especially if you have more than 2 cars. There’s always cars on the sidewalks (little other option if there’s already a car in the driveway) so it makes walking the dog more difficult but it’s a minor complaint.

The apartments/houses are built so nice and spacious. There is literally no way to disturb your neighbor & the inside of them are just like suburban living as they advertised. Everyone is friendly and on top of things if you have any concerns or questions about anything they are always there to help. Overly great communication skills. I give a 10/10 from top to bottom on the housing. Definitely what I expected and looked forward to ????

I’ve lived at the Villas at Capital Twenty for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The peaceful neighborhood, gated entrance, and spacious villas with modern finishes make it a perfect place to relax. The location is ideal—close to shopping and dining, yet still private and calm. After having been here for almost 6 months now I must say I have been pleased with the staff, but disappointed with the units. The materials and build quality are very low quality and bugs are able to come into the units with ease as a result. Xfinity internet service seems to be the only service here and I am not happy with the service.

I am enjoying my stay here at Villas! It is very quiet and the amenities are very great. I am especially loving my attached garage! Kelly and Amanda have been very kind and helpful every step of the way with any requests.
The community her is really nice. The staff are nice and attentive. The neighbors are really nice. The areas stay really clean as well which isnt as common as most would think at other townhome communities.
The community team has been wonderful so far! They were very helpful during the leasing process while we got wverything in order. The community is clean and feels safe. We are looking forward to our stay here!

So far so good. Great place to live. Only issue is Xfinity wifi is terrible. Hopefully it gets better before my classes start. Because they are the only company offered here.

Villas at capital twenty has been incredible so far to live in. Clean, Quiet neighbors/neighborhood. Close to everything but does maintain its distance away from the city life. Pricing is reasonable as the units are huge. Happy to be a resident in this community!

The staff was welcoming to me from day one. Both Amanda and Amber were great!!! They were sensitive to my needs and preferences. Because it was a new build, there was likely to be some issues with the apartment, which was very minor, but Amber and Greg handled them professionally and with care and within 24 hours of asking.
