Rent is overpriced on tiny units, management is absent and has an extremely high turnover rate. Look of the building and security are good but not worth it anymore when comparable units elsewhere are so much less expensive

Villas II is a quiet, modern and safe place to have moved into. Although there has been a few hiccups overall the move in process was not too bad. Veronica has been extremely helpful. I really appreciate her kindness and attentiveness.

The community itself has been great. The owners are awful. Our monthly charges for everything except the internet and base rent have doubled or even tripled since they came along!! A trash charge, which is us paying for the dumpster service, was 49 bucks the month before they took over. The month after? 91 bucks! Water? Was 13 bucks. After them? 43 dollars!!! Sewer charge? 19 dollars before them. 37 dollars since them. Greystar is the new owner. I will not be renewing my lease, nor renting from any community owned by them.

I’ve lived at Villas since 2022 and have never experienced bugs. Since Greystar took ownership, they have policy to bring in our trash cans from the porch daily or pay a fine. Ever since, I’ve been seeing bugs inside DAILY. TRASH CANS BELONG OUTSIDE.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. We're sorry this has been your experience thus far, but it's not a complaint we have received. I think the normal policy is to have trash receptacles inside. We do have trash areas throughout the property if you would like to take your trash out proactively, but door-to-door trash service typically lessens pest activity. If you submit a maintenance request, we are happy to have them inspect and treat any issues you may have, but even our on-site staff do not seem to experience this issue. Please let us know how we can help!
Love the fact the cottages are extremely quiet, and there's no overhead noise as in multistory apartments.

Prepare to be misled when touring and inquiring. I live in the new apartment buildings, and although the unit and building is nice, it's not worth it. When we toured, we were mislead about multiple things that we expressed were our biggest concerns when touring. Then, after signing a lease we were told that things that we were told on the tour have changed and aren't true anymore, and they did not honor what was advertised to us by their employees. Parking near the apartments is a mess, 9 unreserved spaces for 70+ units. If you have more than one car it can be difficult to find parking. They advertised to us on our tour that we would get one automatic reserved spot and that we could buy an additional reserved spot for $25 a month. This was a lie and now we struggle to find parking for both of our cars. They told us the air conditioning unit in the living room was connected through pipes to the bedrooms and they would be only 1-2 degrees warmer than the living room. Also a lie and not true, resulting in us needing to sleep in the living room during hot summer months. The management team will say that they will help solve your problems and that they will get back to you with a response, but prepare to never hear about it again unless you continually remind them you are waiting for an answer or help. I am still constantly reminding them about a refund they have owed me for more than 3 months. They tell you exactly what you want to hear, make it seem like a great place to live, and once you have signed your lease they don't care anymore.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The only plus side to this apartment is that it seems to be a quiet and safe area. Besides this, I have experienced multiple issues. When I moved in to my apartment there were numerous issues including stained bath tub, stained window sills, dirty floors, doors that were chipped, among other issues. My biggest issue that seems like it cannot be fixed is the drafts I am experiencing throughout the home. I have cold air coming from under my kitchen sink, dishwasher, dryer vents, and even the electric outlets. There are multiple spots throughout the home where the flooring does not meet the baseboard and this is also causing drafts. It is very hard to warm the apartment. For the amount of money you are paying in rent here, you would think none of this would be an issue. Currently have been waiting for two weeks to have a maintenance request completed. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office by phone.
