This cozy riverfront village borders the Quad Cities of Rock Island, Moline, and East Moline in Illinois and Davenport and Bettendorf in neighboring Iowa. Because of this great location, Milan is just four miles southwest of Downtown Moline and less than five miles from Downtown Davenport – meaning you can access both cities in under 10 minutes. The village also borders Quad City International Airport, located on the northeast side, making it a convenient location for frequent flyers.
Milan is located along the Rock River and close to the Mississippi River. Most of the businesses, shops, and restaurants are located along 1st Street and 10th Avenue. The John Deere Milan Parts Distribution Center, one of the world’s largest warehouses, is located off Rock Island-Milan Parkway.

Property Ratings at Village Woods
Due to a lack of safety within the apartment complex cars are stolen and broken into routinely. the property manager also does not seem to care and threatens the people that have their car broken into with towing if they don't clean up the glass and have it moved. They also refuse to add any sort of security measures to make sure that doesn't happen. this is not a safe apartment complex for children or anybody.
