The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village Park
Before I express my feeling of regret of living here I want to say, what I do like about this place is how helpful the maintenance guys are. Ok now that's out of the way, this place is a low rate hole in the wall not worth a dime you pay for it. Idk know about any other apartments buildings but the one I live is so old. The floor boards have come up from the Joices, so now my entire floor creeks wherever I walk even in the bathroom. This place really wants to drain every last penny out of your pocket they use this app that is the embodiment of a big middle finger to your face. There is no way you can pay your rent but I'll acquiring some sort of fee of any kind if you use your card they add on an extra $60 if you use a money order they add on $7 and if you use your bank you get charged $4 but that app is so bad it never connects your account to your bank you will sit there for hours waiting for the app to connect you to the bank, so the cheaper option is not an option. the location sucks, there isn't a park close by, traffic right out side the entry and exit area. There is nothing worth walking to, at walking distance. Management looks and acts like she's is one bad incident away from anger management. I don't appreciate the way she treats me idk know how she treats anyone else. They are ruthless and cutthroat here! I once watched them kick an entire family(literally) out in the rain because they were two days behind on rent. They do all this, and then have the audacity to try to act like they care and they are friends of the tenants in apartment complex. Idk don't know what kind of pressure they're under or what twisted system management is shackle to but this place is not worth a dime you would put into it. I wish, I had some sort of solution that is better then don't come here, don't live here but it is what it is.

Thank you so much for the compliment on maintenance. Our team works hard to keep Village Park looking nice. We are sorry the rent payment options are a struggle, please reach out to the office and we can discuss other ways, or help troubleshoot the app with you. We are within walking distance to groceries and other eating establishments, as well as retail stores. If you have any additional concerns, please reach out directly to the office.
Just read all the reviews. Carpets are dirty and old, holes in the walls, broken outlets, holes in linoleum, chips in formica countertops. And that's their supposed remodeled rentals. The grounds around the buildings are flooded because of broken sprinklers so where galoshes if you want to take a walk. The barbeques they have dont work and get used to the cops showing up every night to settle some sort of dispute, don't go out after dark. Kiss your deposit good by as soon as you hand it to them and be ready to be sued years after you leave. Other than that...

Thanks for sharing your concerns. Though crime can happen anywhere at any time, we do work closely with local law enforcement to provide as much assistance as possible when necessary. Furthermore, our team always strives to be transparent with residents regarding potential fees. Ultimately, charges are dependent upon the condition of the items in your home after move-out. If you feel the charges are incorrect, we would be happy to speak with you directly about this matter.
I live in a great place it is very well maintain. It has all new cabinets and carpet. The complex is also very well taken of and the maintenance guys do a great job when something goes wrong. I'm very happy living there.
They have great staff, but the fees might get ya! I mean, it's a great place to live because of the location, and if you are an animal lover, they do have a little dog park that is a decent size. They also have a pool, and a playground, but the playground can use a major update, and some minor repairs. The property is well kept, because maintenance is really good about keeping it clean, but there are still some pet owners that, of course, "forget" to pick up after their pets, so there are definitely times where you may step in something your shoes would not appreciate it! Now, for the fees, it is all utilities, plus parking(monthly), along with sewer drain???? What??? and, if you renew, there is a 5% INCREASE.....????? I thought renewing was a good thing??? LOL. but all in all, the area and location of the apartments are convenient. I love the neighbors, my children's elementary school is only about a block away, and my work is right behind their school, so those alone help outweigh the good/bad of living here.
It has been many years since I have lived in an apartment. This one needs new management and a serious update. The carpet is very dirty and old. It took me six months to get a kitchen drawer. I am still waiting for a bedroom screen a year later.
