Property Ratings at Village Park at Rockborough
We have had sewer back up and they cut 4 holes in wall, did not replace carpet prior to move in even though it is worn out. Fireplaces damper has fell down and the guy they sent tried to rig it up. Which didn't work, now I can't even use the fireplaces at all
I would give less if I could. Do NOT Live here. Little but of one of the issues is our AC has been broken for 2 weeks and all they could give us is a window unit that blows out the same temp as a normal fan does. It's basically a more bulky fan. They told us "you aren't the only ones with a broken AC." and "You are lucky to have the window unit". It reaches 95 almost every day for these past 2 weeks. We have animals. We can't do anything because it's to hit. This is just one of our issues with them.
They take months to fix anything and try to get more money out of you when you’re ready to move out. I would never recommend staying here. They haven’t been updated at all since they were built.
Sewage backs up into my apartment every 3 months and they refuse to fix the problem. My A/C was out for 11 days before it was finally fixed.
Great and knowledgeable staff. Manager is awesome. Made the moving in process super comfortable. I can’t thank enough . I would recommend to everyone. Looking forward for a nice long stay.
The location is perfect you can’t ask more . Close to all the amenities. The management specially the manager is amazing . I recommend this to everyone

These apartments have always had the best staff and great prices! Anytime I go into the office I'm greeted by name and asked about my kids :) I love feeling acknowledged! This place feels like home

I am so excited to have moved into my townhome at Rockborough!! I just moved in a month ago and they have started doing some awesome updates. I had a question on how to use one of my appliances and they were prompt to have a tech out to assist me! I even called on the weekend to see about paying my rent and they are open every DAY! I would recommend Rockborough to everyone I know!
